Hi Himanshu I needed some advice as I’m currently having a lot of skin rashes on my arms neck face and scalp as well. This has been happening for about 2 years now and every product I seem to use does not work and isn’t very effective. Even medicine that has been prescribed to me does not work either. Good information videos. Every time I try and have lemon I get a heartburn/acid. I take lemon water in the morning and I experience the above problems. Plus I get dehydrated. Im on a strict salt diet due to water retention. Do you have any suggestions. Thank you.🙏
