Hey everyone i see a lot of comments about ship videos. We had no idea this video was a ship video at all. This video has been requested for a long time but when we got into the story we had no clue what we were getting into at all. Sorry if some of you are upset about this being a ship video but like i said we had no clue. It doesnt say anything about a ship in the title so there is no chance we would have known. Its ok for those who ship, but we wanted to stay away from those type of videos. Some people feel uncomfortable about them so we try to stay away from them. Hope you all understand thanks so much for watching we love you all and hopefully your ok with our decision. 💜💜

I understand about feeling uncomfortable with ship videos that are sexual, but we've all been recommending vmin moments and now namkook moments (since their birthdays are both in Septemeber) for ages and they're NOT SEXUAL, idk why you don't trust us we know you don't like the sexual ones but these AREN'T sexual 😂 we just want you to understand how the boys are all bonded together, they all have different personalities that work differently depending on who they're with and it shows how each member has helped them in certain ways. Also I don't think people are MAD that you've just done a video with a ship in it I just think they find it funny how you've been ignoring friendship ship videos but have done this one without realising 😂 We respect your decision but we've been recommending these so much because you kind of left us in the dark and we didn't know if you were ignoring us on purpose or just not seeing them 😂💜

Hello! I was one of the people that requested this video. I requested it just because of how it went with the storyline, and I wanted you guys to see what ARMY can do with the information you give them and how they can interpret it in different ways. I and the other people in no way wanted to make you guys or any other fans feel uncomfortable in any way in case you guys didn't ship members together. I thought this video was so well put together, and I just wanted to see what you guys thought of it. Also, don't worry about ship videos that much. It's okay, if it's a ship, the only thing we get upset about is excessive shipping and obsession over that one ship. There are people who *actually* dislike a member just because they like some ship, which is sad. As long as you're openminded about them it's all okay 💜💜💜

I don’t even think of this video as a ship video...it’s so well done I think of it as a short story

I think it’s perfect cause yoongi has a very calm voice for these vids even if it’s not what he’s saying it fits lol

Me personally, I don't mind this video specifically cuz it's such a masterpiece the way the creator put together all these things...it's almost seemed real...but we all know it's fictional...for those who doesn't like these kind of videos or people reacting to these kind of videos, u just simply don't have to watch it...no one was forcing u...and for clarification like most of the people already commented, that was really Yoongi's voice and he talked about their album...the creator put the voice in the video and edited the fake subs...

I think the message in the video is more important than it being a ship video.. People struggle a lot with this stuff and i'm proud that this video was made

This is absolutely Yoongi's voice. It's clips from interviews. He's talking about one of their albums and how they came up with the concepts for the songs. He's not saying what the subtitles say. It's hard for people who really speak Korean, you have to turn off the sound so you don't actually hear what he's saying. But, it's a masterpiece of a story. This took an incredible amount of work and editing. Hats off to the original author.

Back at it again, but I'd just like to put this in the comments: please do not try and attack them OR the creator of the video they watched. This is their channel and they can upload whatever they please on it, if you know that it's something that you aren't going to enjoy then don't watch it or leave a nasty comment. This video obviously made them very surprised and emotional but overall it was extremely well made and impactful. Not to mention they made some personal connections with the video that obviously meant quite a deal to them, so please respect their feelings as well. The person who made it also put in a lot of hard work as well so please don't try to bring them down just because it's not to your personal liking. The overall story was absolutely breathtaking, and the editing put it together nicely. Honestly, the whole video is fictitious, so there's not really much of a point in getting upset over such a small detail like a ship at the end. This isn't really even a "ship" video, it's an AU. It's honestly kind of sad how so many of the people in the comment section bypassed the entirety of the story just to ridicule them for watching a so called "ship" video. A reminder that this is their channel and they can upload what they please on it. There's no need to leave them nasty comments, or make them feel bad about watching an AU video. If they wanted to watch ship videos as well that's also up to them, the only difference is that you can choose which ones you want to watch, and if you don't like what they upload sometimes, that's fine. Everything isn't for everyone, and that's okay. What's not okay is being rude to them for watching a singular video. Please be more respectful of them in the future. Just had to get that out there.

I'm so glad you gave this a try. I was one of those who requested it because to be honest watching you guys you seemed genuinely kind and open-minded, you didn't look like somebody who would have a problem with two boys being in love. But I don't look at this video as a ship video. For me the guys feel like actors playing out a story about very deep and hard topics many can relate to and it's one of the most beautifully made fan edits out there. Edit: I agree with your decision about not reacting to ship videos. Some of them are really only for fun and I like those but some of them are made by die-hard shippers who can't tell fiction and real life apart and those are problematic. As I said I consider this one (and a few others) an exception because it's more like watching a movie played by actors.

What's interesting about this video is it actually sort of predicted a lot of things. It was made a long time ago, and here are the strange coincidences that paralleled with the real world: -Namjoon changing his name to RM -The day that Hoesok proposed in the video is the same exact day he dropped his "Hope World" mixtape -Jin opening up his own restaurant -Lol there's more, but I forgot. Feel free to look it up tho, it's pretty interesting!

This short movie was a work of fiction, it seemed so real. Combine with all the BTS stories (Wings & Love Yourself) in one storyline. It really touched on potential consequences that happens in real life. It was sad, here is my confession (I was sad & I cried). I went to Sapphiamur youtube page & found more fanfic trailer/ short movie videos, I will be checking them out, I don't know if they are sad, but I will have my tissue just in case.

Some ppl shud be open minded and they can react to any vid they want and this vid was well made ..ppl in real life struggles with these things in life so please be more accepting and hope your family gets well soon ..stay strong Btw it was yoongi’s voice with fake sub..

Personally, I think this video was a great work of art. I think the people who are viewing it as a ship video are completely missing the point of the plot. It is obviously a work of fiction, but it dwells on so much more than a ship. I think anyone who watches an edit like this views it for its artisitic value. No one is idiotic enough to believe that an edit like this is proof of a ship. Many of you are going overboard in your criticism. The plot was beautifully woven and touched on so many pains that are real to so many people. It really sad to see so many people get riled up over a tiny element when the whole thing was dealt with so carefully in the story. Also, Josh and Kate, while life is plagued by so many storms, it's admirable that you guys are so open with your struggles. We don't need to believe everything we see to be moved by empathy.

This was fully fictional and fanmade. These are fake subs. They used audio from one of yoongi's lives and put it in here with fake subs. So people who know korean can know exactly was he's talking about. Even though this is fanmade. It's beautifully put together.

17:42 it’s his voice. The subtitles are false though. A lot of these fictional fan made videos do this. Where they take the guys’ voices from interviews or etc and add their own subtitles for fictional sake. But as they said at the beginning, this is all fiction.

As an editor , I constantly see edits on ig and KZread , and I’m tellin u .. this is one of those editors who’s mind is an actual treasure box ! The fact that they created a whole storyline and managed to find the perfect clips for each scene. The entire story ! they killed it . Absolutely murdered it .

i am not saying they are but if one of the members where homosexual or bisexual i would totally respect that, my love for them wouldn't change , for me i get also uncomfortable with ships that people want them to be together, i love videos about their friendship, love them so much

That was absolutely intense. I have got to agree, one of the most well made fictitious videos I have seen in a long time. I know that everyone will probably take from this different ideas. To me this just means that life is short, take advantage of every minute of it. Love hard, laugh harder. Hearing about your struggles Caitlyn, I am so sympathetic and understand a lot of what you are going through. My father was in and out of Veterans' Mental Institutions my whole life until he died from drug OD. Prayers sent up for you two and your family. Depression to that extent is hard from the outside in. Thank you for watching this video with us, and sharing so much about yourselves. I pray for your Mom to recover from Cancer, if that is God's will. Blessings to you both and the girls. I am still in full blown tears. My eldest son of 3 sons that I have is part of the LGBT community and I pray daily he finds true love and holds on to it. Anyways, thank you both again!

This was so well done. It's sad most people are more focused on the portrayal of the "relationship" instead of how well the "story" addresses a lot of issues/struggles in today's society. You guys didn't do anything wrong. This is your channel and you can react to anything you want. Thank you for your reactions.

I remember when I first watched this vid and I absolutely broke down into a million pieces. Even though it is fictional those aspects of depression and suicide hit me hard and reminded me of all the people we have lost or could have lost. Honestly its hauntingly beautiful and really well done by its creator.

*SPEAK YOURSELF but do it with LOVE* they say they read all our comments and i hope everyone has seen that giant list of requests from some of their first videos of all the suggestions from the comments. i requested a video months ago and it took them til last week to finally react to it. i wasn't angry that it took so long, I was happy because they considered it and reacted to it. it's their channel and they decide what they put on it regardless if some people find it uncomfortable because they did because people had requested it and they are AWARE and LISTENING to what people want. there was no way they could've guessed what was going to be in the video and if it makes some people pissed off just be aware they are taking in everything good that they can about bts and ARMY from every video that they do react to - the video was actually brilliantly edited and the storytelling was done very well. they connected to it and reflected on it and thats the best thing that can happen and im so happy to that they reacted to it- it was such masterpiece i cried i like that the Murisan Family may start reacting to more diverse works of appreciation by ARMYs like fan music videos or other kinds of videos like this one. either way, it is not our decision what they react to and by god, i don't want negative comments deciding what video they react to next because i really dont want their journey with bts to become a job because of the pressure. that wouldn't be right. there's so much wonderful bts content and i think they want to experience as much of it as possible with the help of us. i love u fam! keep rocking ur my favourite reaction channel, u guys r so awesome and dont underestimate the positive impact u guys have and please don't focus on the negative comments stay strong 💜💜💜💜 thanks for another awesome reaction!!!

Personally, I found this video amazing. It's so well done, and I cry every time I watch it. I don't see it as a "ship" video. I see it as a very well done fictional story about love and friendship. No one knows their sexual orientation. Does it matter? Gay, straight or anything in between, I love these 7 AMAZING young men. Who they love, what they do in their private lives doesn't matter. IT'S THEIR LIFE!

Normally I’m not a big fan of ship videos, but the author did such a good job I was like this is my one exception 😂, but sorry for the people hating this is a beautiful video that I think was written for a challenege thing that involved Jimin, I’m not really sure. Just keep in mind shipping videos I don’t really recommend, usually people take them too far or cause ship wars (Ex Taekook vs. Jikook). I saw some people talking about friendship videos like vmin which I highly recommend watching (Kinda like at the end of squishy Min Yoongi but without shipping), just make sure to tread lightly. But yeah, this was actually Yoongi talking, but this was what we call ‘fake subs’, kinda a benefit of not understanding it gives people the opportunity to sub anything they want (In this case it worked out very well), people make videos like these to fan fiction~ maybe in your own time you could check out more videos like this (just type in BTS fake subs), if you personally don’t have a problem with shipping you may find these hilarious~ Anyway really enjoyed the vid~~~ 💜💜💜

This video reminds me of when I was forced to come out when I was a teen. My family was extremely homophobic, and I never thought I'd be so accepted. I was highly suicidal and a drug addict. I was trying to be someone I wasn't. I was in so much pain. But when my mom and brother found out I liked girls and the one I was in love with died, They held me in the hospital while I sobbed. They helped me get through it all and gave me a way out. I moved 1000 miles away to start over at 18. I am now 29, almost 30, with a family of my own. This video is a reminder that I should always be myself and not to hide anything. The fact that this exists is amazing and should be shown everywhere.

i dont know what the huge fuss is... like this is actually a good video and the editor did a good job making it, its not bad even if its a ship video, compared to the extreme ones. and if you didn't like it then dont watch and ignore it 😒 but i do like this video 😂

It depends on who does it. 4) You are very open minded and kind souls, so that makes me love you and your channel and reactions even more. 5) Ignore the homophobes on your coments raging about ship videos, since n every single fandom in the world there exist ships. And some ships are not sexual or romantic but on friendships.

Don't worry about it guys, I think it's really sweet that you guys are trying to stay away from shipping related videos because you know it can upset some people, that's really thoughtful of you! I'd just like to say though that I think when people talk about not wanting to see "shipping videos" they more often than not mean the ones that try and blur the lines between the member's real friendships and relationships with each other in a negative way. Usually people tend to be ok with "moments" videos though, since they're more dedicated to just showcasing the bond between the members. Of course there are people who make them sort of ship related, but those still tend to be pretty relaxed and a lot more respectful towards the members as a actual people. (ex: They put disclaimers in the video/description about how shipping is fine unless you're taking things too far and being negative in some way.) A perfect channel for stuff like this (honestly the only one I recommend) is Thictae, where they have a small series called "(insert ship name here) moments i think about a lot" the videos are made with a lot of care and I think that people from both sides of the spectrum can enjoy them quite a lot no matter how you view them. I know there have been quite a lot of people who wanted you to watch their Vmin video, but all of their videos for that series are honestly really sweet and well made. (and if you still feel uncomfortable about uploading vids Patreon is always another option.) I just wanted to inform you guys since it seems like you're very hesitant to get into the content because you don't really know what to look out for and you're worried about what people might say. Please don't feel too pressured about anything, this is your channel and you are in every right to do with it as you please, sometimes you can't please everyone and that's okay. As long as you guys are enjoying making your videos, that's all that matters. Vmin is literally the purest and most precious friendship ever. Any person can see how strong of a bond they have with each other as brothers and it's probably the least problematic "ship" because it's not even a ship imo. x'D They're best friends!

I loved this reaction =) don't worry about the haters. It's a wonderfully produced video, and BTS are perfect vessels for telling stories about humanity. Most of you are kindly saying things, but a few are aggressively attacking them for this video. So to that small percentage--- First off, the video is titled "yoongis confession" how would ANYONE know from just that what the video is about? Second, if their subscribers requested, they felt like they should watch it, so if anyone is to *blame* its the ones who requested (though I don't blame them because its just something they wanted), Third, many are uncomfortable about ships, which is totally understandable, but you don't need to attack them for reacting to this because how would anyone know. When I first watched this when it came out I had no idea what the video was UNTIL i watched it. So to all you acting like they should know, you too didnt know what it was until you watched it back then. Lastly, they are human, stop attacking for every little thing. You can kindly say things like everyone else is. If your supposedly "defending BTS" then you should be mature enough to realize BTS doesnt support bullying. So think before you say things, or just dont say it.

Hi Kate and Josh! I usually dont comment but i just had to. I know you guys are probably upset about the reaction to this video dont be. Everybody has the right to like what they like and that is fine. You guys are the reactors and you can react any video you want. If people dont like these kinds of videos that is fine come back tomorrow there will be a new one. But what i dont like and understand how people are coming at Kate and Josh so hard over a video. I know people dont like ships that fine but to make them fell bad about it is not ok. Liked the video, the open mind approach and this is really gem in the video editing part. It’s just so Fkdup that people can be so petty and selfish in the comments about small stuff. Do what you want and when you want. If you change your mind that’s also ok, nothing more healthier than having a bunch of new experiences to learn new thongs to choose between. Some people are just... what the hell?!? Is this a circus? Leave them alone. Leave everybody be... gosh... is that so hard?

I agree that it really depends on people how they react or see videos like this. You don’t need to react to “ship” videos if you or other people are not comfortable with it, I suggest videos that are more of “friend-ship” videos. I think you’ll appreciate it more. Like what the other commenters said, one of these good “friend-ship” videos are the vmin ones.

I cried the entire video. I literally started sobbing and I still am. This was way too real and I never thought that these 7 strangers would break my wall down that easily.

I had cried so hard when I watched this video. It's not real but it was made base on their personality and their voice so it hits me harder. 😢 P/S: Sorry for my bad English

Oh my god, noooooo. I remember when this came out. 😭 This and the BTS Outcast Fanfic on Twitter just about ruined the ARMY around the end of 2017, early 2018. The tears, I can’t! 😭😫 To answer your question about the audio, if I remember correctly, I think what the author did was take one of Yoongi’s Vlive album reviews (or something similar) chopped it up, and pieced it back together to make it sound like he was actually saying what the subs said. The subtitles and the audio are completely different. I remember Korean speaking fans leaving comments under the video saying they had trouble getting into the video because the subs and clips were serious and emotional but Yoongi just kept talking about music/music production. Cait and Josh. Never, and I repeat, NEVER be ashamed to share your stories! You shouldn’t keep stuff like that bottled up, you’ll only hurt more. You have tons of people around you now that are willing to listen and help. Also, you speaking up, sharing your struggles and showing that you can overcome them and be happy can help others who may be dealing with similar problems. It’s just like what Yoongi does with his depression and anxiety. You have no reason to apologize and if there are people that complain, then maybe they’re just on the wrong channel, your true fans would accept you and your hardships (though sometimes I get kinda busy and end having to skip your intro/outro. Even though you can’t hear me I always say I’m sorry when I do 😔). Admittedly, I’m also one of the people that gets a little uncomfortable about the romantic ships. I don’t mind it when it just clips of the guys being friends but I just don’t think it’s right to assume they are in romantic relationships with each other (or with other people for that matter). If they ever do come out and admit that they’re dating someone (guy or girl), I would support them wholeheartedly! I just don’t think it’s right to speculate and fantasize about it. HOWEVER!!! This video is probably one of the only occurrences of shipping that I’m ok with. This story is very emotional and though it is “fantasy” it doesn’t give off the “fantasizing about” vibe (if that makes sense). Rather it played off more as like the heart shattering cherry on top of a sob-story sundae. Realizing that Yoongi’s character had to sit there and watch as all his friends fell to pieces while silently suffering through liver cancer was bad enough. Finding out that through ALL of this, he wasn’t only grappling with the loss of a friend, but was silently mourning the loss of his lover, was what finally made me break while reading this. It’s not a matter of whether he was gay or straight, that was just f***ing SAD!!! 🥺😭

I think you guys need to know the difference between a romantic ship and a ship that’s friendship.The video you guys watched is a romantic ship, the video ppl are recommending to you about vmin ship is a friendship video.Ppl don’t like the romantic ships that much, that’s why ppl recommend the friendship ship videos.The video you guys watched was basically a fanfic but vmin moments I think about a lot is just a compilation of friendship moments.You guys watched a video called Jungkook and Jin bickering moments, that video is the same thing as jikook moments.Bc it’s just a compilation of two moments funny/friendship moments, it just has a different title.

Don't worry about what people may say about this video. When I first stumbled upon this video, I watched it too curious about yoongi, but after watching it it definitely hit hard. This creator is really good at making videos and I'm glad you guys got a chance to see it. The topics are very strong in this and I'm glad you two shared your reaction to this. It is yoongi's voice but the subs are fake, but even though it still shows a bunch of topics that affect a lot of people. Love you both!

That video was a big surprise to me. Just like you, I didn't have and idea about what it was about, and I ended a crying mess. This is so beautifully sad.

I personally dont have a problem with shipping videos. This video is fictional, and I see the characters as fictional, not as the real BTS members. However I totally understand people’s discomfort with it. It is weird to ship real people who aren’t out as together. Also, just to add, I hope you are doing okay, this video must’ve been a hard reminder and I hope you’re doing well

I don't think this is a "ship video" bc it's not pushing a ship agenda and calling this fan story video a ship video is imo missing a point. I don't ship Yoonmin but I think the story is really beautifully put together. edit. I hate that people recommend this to reactors without telling what it is bc there would be no controversy if it was clear that it was a fan work

Well it was a really well made fictional story 👏

1. For those who talk about a warning being given, there was one in the video that thry watched if you skipped ahead and did not read that warning in the video then it your mistake okay, don't say there wasn't a warning when there was one. 2. IT SAID FICTION IN BOLD IN THE BEGINNING TOO. 3. I've seen ARMYs talk about this not for ships but what it's about, I didn't watch it because I heard it was really sad if I chose to watch the video that's on me. 4. They can watch what they want, it's their channel and if there is a video you don't want to watch THEN DON'T, you don't need to bring up the video just to voice your dissatisfaction. A lot of channels have reacted to this so stop coming at them for it and no I don't like ships either but they can watch what they want I'm not going to tell them how to run their channel

ok i just read that you didnt know this was fictional about ship. its ok! we know you're not comfortable doing ship videos but please "vmin moments i think about a lot" is more than just a ship video its about their friendship and bond compilation. thats why a lot of us are requesting it. we swear to god you can only react to "vmin moments i think about a lot" and thats it dont have to do other anymore if it makes you uncomfortable

Oh wow! Just found this reaction! I just watched this a few months ago. It was so well made! Funny story a month into finding bts I was forwarded “ our secret”. Because I didn’t know the band that well yet , I thought it was real. Like this one it was so well made I was like….” So? Is this true?” Figured out it was fiction but boy they had me thinking!! Suga's voice in this video is real, but words are random, he didnt say this things. words and subtitles don't match😄 Wow your relatives are suicidal😮 maybe bts can help a lil bit bcs when i had hard times bts really helped me a lot

At first I couldn't believe that you guys actually reacted to a fanmade ship video and found it funny but then I saw how hard it hit you and how much you relate to it and felt bad :( Cait was right, the voice is Yoongi's but the subs are fake.

This is a really well-made video. Something I would recommend to older ARMYs who know where those videos came from, but not newer ones. The message is very deep and it leaves you thinking. I can guess the reason why people didn't tell you about the Yoonmin in this video (no spoilers) but because of your channel they might have made an exception. Thank you for seeing it though! 💜💜💜

Guys you looked so confused 😂😂 It’s ok! Don’t worry too much. The ship thing is literally in every fandom because it’s fun to do and obviously it’s not real. There will be always people who take it to another level and those are the ones who get mad sometimes. Also there are a lot of videos (Vmin, namjin, sope...) that are not meant to be romantic but show the bond that their friendship has, those videos are amazing! If you guys don’t fell confortable, it’s fine! You can do whatever you want but always respecting others! I love your videos guys and this one was really sad but your reaction was priceless 😂

I always ball my eyes out when I watch this video 😭

More than a ship video I just think this short film is very creative, when I watched it hadn't realized it was yoonmin, and tbh, it doesn't really matter. I think concentrating on the ship just discredits the rest of the writing and editing of the user, who put a lot of effort into making it. I always enjoy watching it. Also the audio was from one of Yoongi's v-lives, it's just mistranslation. It's his voice but the subtitles are fake. 😊 I went through severe depression and was going to commit suicide when BTS found me and literally saved my life, and I'm also queer, so I relate to a lot of topics in the video. I also always consider it a mashup of Canon and BTS' Universe.

I watched this movie a couple of times because it is really well put together, this story combined with MV boys ..... crazy. This is a very sad story that tore at me and at the same time I even more appreciate that boys are safe and it's fiction. Since then, I have been even more sensitive if any of them suffers any kind of harm (I mean haters when they are overworked or depressed). This movie makes you think about everything so much and enjoy that everything is fiction and the boys are happy. I love you for your love for BTS and boys, I love your reaction. You are loved, open people with valuable life experience.Never give in and don't let anyone impose on you what movies to react to and which you shouldn't. Do what you think is good and interesting for you. I love your love for Jimin because I love him the same, so I understand :)

I understand the reluctance to react to a ship video, but for example "vmin moments i think about a lot", to be honest, it's not about a "ship", despite the title. This video shows a beautiful friendship between Jimin and Taehyung and I think it's worth watching.

I feel like after this fiasco of comments now they won't even dare go near this video. Which sucks because theres a huge difference between romantic ships and friendSHIPs. The friendSHIP videos are really amazing (like the vmin one you mentioned) that video really helps you see how deep their friendship is. I love that video (i have seen is many times) but after today I feel like the chance of them reacting is even lower than before .

Yes it is actually Yoongis voice, but hes actually talking in vlogs or vlives about something different, in this video they have taken him talking and just pretended he is saying what the subtitles are saying

My personal philosophy on any fan fiction is that it Is totally okay with fictional characters but not okay when it is supposed to involve actual people (Ex: Leia Organa stories are okay but Carrie Fischer stories are not). My problem with the BU is that the characters have the same names as the artists, and so this issue is completely muddled for me and I tend to stay away from the short stories I might otherwise enjoy because I can’t be sure of who is involved in the story.

I get you. I'd think about a story and be like "I feel so bad for Hoseok his mom left him when he was 10" and then I have to remind myself that that's BU Hoseok not the real Hoseok. At first I had a hard time not looking at the boys and thinking of their (fictional) backstory.

If yall don't want to watch then don't watch it, no one's forcing you.
