For an episode of RUN BTS recorded in Chile during the WINGS TOUR, the group had to create an MV for a song by themselves and within the candidates, Spine Breaker won, with Jin creating the choreography. The choreography for the song would be performed live during BTS FESTA 2017.

This is one of my favorite songs because the beat is sick, they utilized Taehyung's deep voice and the message is deep. It's kinda said that when they made an "MV" as a mission it was comedic because it takes away the seriousness of the song's message but at least it spread awareness to the fandom (especially those who rarely listen to BTS's old B tracks) that this song exists. Old but gold 😎
