Jin can travel back in time... so he's lived multiple lifetimes where he tries to save the other boys from various situations from their deaths, drug use, suicide and other events that separate them. The BTS universe is quite big and complicated. Just understand that it all hinges on the boys and their friendship and Jin's ability to fix the issues between them to save the boys from their horrible fates. Most of the time you'll see one of the boys looking at the camera ... most of the time it's Jin watching the boys as he travels back in time because he was unable to change their fates. I don't think he actually has control over if he can go back or not. And it seems it's not him going back in time or rather that time resets to a certain moment in his life so he's basically repeating that day, kind of like Groundhog Day.

RUN has got to be one of my fave songs and MVs. The story line, the melody, the lyrics, the acting, the choreography. To think it was only 2 years since their debut when they released this song. And I agree with Blaze, they make such good actors.

Yes, the rabbit hole is never ending with BTS!!!

I've always liked BTS since their debut but wouldnt consider myself as an ARMY back then. It was this song and HYYH pt. 2 that made me pledge my loyalty to BTS forever.

This reminded me how underrated the Run choreo is man, so many details, I think is one of my faves. I'd die to see another Run performance with the choreo by 2021 bangtan.

Some of the MV’s have a BU( bts universe) attached to them that tells a really long and complex story. Each member has a past in the universe that creates a bigger picture.

This MV part of the story line Bangtan Universe..can't wait to see your reaction.

This video reminds me of how deep BTS explains things in their songs. You run into all sorts of feelings and situations when you're in love, not just the relationship between lovers or friends but your love for everything in life. You feel happy but then you feel sad, depressed to the point of going mental, getting drunk to almost drowning, being stubborn to getting arrested. It's a cycle that we go thru all the time. The most important thing is to get thru with each stage, not stopping...till you reach the realization stage. BTS is such an example of that. Getting thru everything together coz of the love and passion they have for each other and their craft. Helping one another especially in difficult times. They keep on Running, Fighting, Loving, Appreciating. 💜

Ahh the most beautiful moment in life is the most dramatic. Love it!! Also, this was a time when BH didn’t have a high budget yet and they used the Managers’cars and also had the managers play as extras.

Dance practices are one of my favorite videos to watch and I really like watching them with you because you pay so much attention to them and find amazing details and I always find myself appreciating them even more! :)

Jin stares like that bc in the BU he's the one that can go back in time, so he's basically lived through some scenarios multiple times but elements have changed.

In this video it seems BTS is letting us see the chaos of their reality. It seems through their Unity, They give us what we see. Jin seems to balance between the two.

This song's mv is my absolute favorite. And the song itself holds a special place in my heart among all the BTS songs 💜

Fun fact, the truck that the boys are riding in belongs to the director of the video. And they use in again in a later video!

BU UNIVERSE (bangtan universe) IS A MUST!!!!

Diana Ankudinova is a young performer who shocks us with her pleasant voice and takes us into the abyss of events!!! Diana Ankudinova is unique and inimitable, goosebumps from her voice! Diana sings as if she lives in the song! The soul freezes or opens with Diana's voice. I am a musician who has been with music for years, and believe me, I have not heard such a tone in all these past years.

I'm loving the ooh and aah cmng coz of the choreography😂

A simple summary of The most beautiful life storyline: Jin is the recorder, you can see he always holding the camera during the I Need U and prologue mv. And other six members represent different issues that shuffled in teenagers (for details, please read the SAVE ME comic, English subs) The six members committed suicide or go to jail at the end. Jin has the chance to save them. He can return the time to 11April when he wakes up. He decides to save his bros, but if he misses one, time turns back to 11April again and things gonna change because of the butterfly effect. At 8:10 JK turns around to see Jin, which is one of the scenes, he wants to save other members and disturbed when he drives, then bump into JK. That is a sad, kinda dark storyline. (sorry I don't speak English :P)

The one tip i needed to know to start figuring out the BTS Universe: There are different worlds or timelines. Bad things happen to the boys in the timelines, usually the same kinds of things to each, like Jimin and water, Suga and fire. Jin travels the timelines trying to save them, he's our hero, tho usually unsuccessful. But they are always happiest when together as a group of friends. Each video may be a new/different timeline or several at once. That choreo always gives me goosebumps. It's one of their more precisely synchronized dances.

Bts Run choreography is one of the hardest & clean dances 💜 I mean just look how the boys manage to do every part so crisp & clean with synchronised form 💯👑

I get frustrated sometimes with the pressure to "understand" the Bangtan Universe storyline. Like honestly, no one has the full "answer" and alternaitve universe or not, I am sure BTS would love for their fans to have their own theories or find their own messages in their songs/videos. So please, unless you guys actually want to, then don't feel pressured to "understand" the universe and treat it like some kind of homework. It should be fun but not a necessity!

"they doin the frickin side crip walk" I can't with yall 🤣😂 this choreo is SO so good. Nico, I loved your overall interpretation of it, and Blaze you were right, it is indeed a butterfly at the end, one of their most beautiful ending poses in my opinion. Hoseok really shines in RUN and we also get lots of nice time with Jin and Tae! Taehyung was really showing off his dance skills even in the early days in this one! I think Yoongi also did a great job here. as for the MV: ugh this makes me want to do a reaction with you guys sooooooooooooo much. or at LEAST call you and chat about it 😂 you know I'm not the type to want to be like outlining all the BU details and telling you the whole story and shit, because wtf is the point of that... but I do really enjoy talking about it with fans who haven't seen a lot as they watch this or that video and just asking them about certain things they noticed and what those things made them think or feel, how they thought about them in relation to other videos they may have seen, etc. I find it so interesting how everyone seems to look at it different ways... and I think that's how it's really meant to be taken in the end. a more structured version of the story (the webcomic/app) has come about as time has gone on (like in the past two years), but the mysterious and many-layered world of the music videos, short films, and journals is, to me, the true experience of the BU. that's the world where we are all left to our own paths to draw our own conclusions, just as we are in our own lives.

are you gonna do the storyline/bts universe? because this is part of the storyline and so is I Need U, but you've done them so far apart you're not gonna be able to piece the story together, my advise would be to do the storylines back to back in order to understand it (I just remembered there's a video in between I Need U and Run so you've already done them out of order 😅😂)

i just realized the level of artistry in the choreo! they rlly make use of of how the eye can interpret the movements, postions, lines etc like theres a lot of subtle architecture going on wtf especially the 'floor moving thing', they bodily manipulated the horizontal & vertical lines as they move in sync (kook horizontally on the floor, the rest esp tae & hobi vertically moved as one) like they edited the vid by movement only wow idk wat im saying but yea
