They are not asking anyone to send them anything and they're not forcing anyone to subscribe to Patreon, that's literally every person personal choice. Besides they even make giveaways and unboxing precisely to share all that with Army. Some Army don't seem to realize that they can ruin other peoples experience meeting BTS with this demanding attitude, and I say this as someone who had to limit their online interaction with my fellow Army bc they were just too much. Army is a HUGE fandom, full with people with different suggestions, now imagine that you are receiving Millions of different suggestions and demands all the time from all this different people, some who get mad at you for not reacting to whatever they want, is simply exhausting and can make meeting BTS too much of a hustle. Nobody is forcing you to stay on this channel, if you don't like the content then just effing leave. The cousins really try to put their honest heart into it, you see it in their interpretations, their comments about the music, the way Abby and Summer get emotional with some videos, when Gabriel gets visibly excited about something and when Daniel remembers little details. Really, don't ruin their experience by trying to accommodate their journey to what you want, that's just bratty behavior and does not reflect the message our boys share.

People need to be understanding, we got to watch Bts any time we wanted, any chance we got with no restraint. They are holding off on binging everything so they can show us their reactions.
