JIMIN is our fallen angel, his solo "I Need You" moment always made me emotional I don't know why? Thank You guys for this reaction thank you a lot!

Jimin's solo performance, wearing a modernized hanbok just fastened by ties only, had many different dance elements in it! Including the barrel leaps taken from Korean dance elements, some martial arts elements, (trained in various forms, for 8 yrs, w/blackbelt in Taekwondo) of course contemporary dance, & Jimin's amazing scarf work, which is alone so hard to master, without getting that ever so thin veil of a scarf all tangled! Jimin somehow was able to make the scarf one with himself, using it as an extension, even at one point when he did that amazing jump leap straight up the scarf becoming his wings!! Jimin's whole performance was so amazingly stunningly beautiful. Just so effortlessly breathtakingly mesmerizing to see!!!!

Beautifully put! I've seen so many dancers praise Jimin's performance, saying they would not dance with a cloth as it could easily get tangled in the process. Jimin just makes it look so effortless. He's amazing! Just pure art!

I love how The Jimin Effect hit you hard. It's really unexplainable but Jimin really has that aura that's like a magnet. He keeps pulling you in. Bangtan is really out of this world. I really love MMA 2019 awards show that turned into a BTS concert. So legendary! 🔥🔥🔥

I’ve watched this performance probably a hundred times now…and it NEVER gets old. 🤯 It honestly, at the time, felt like BTS claiming the crown they had spent so many arduous years earning. What shocked me is that it won a fan poll in a recent Run BTS episode..and most of the guys were surprised by it. Like…how was that a surprise to them? It’s perfectly constructed from start to finish with amazing performances, etc. Anyway…so happy to see you guys react to it. Love seeing it through fresh eyes again. 💜

My soul left my body the first time I saw this performance (this goddamn award show that was practically turned into a BTS concert) Park Jimin is so unreal...he is cute, sexy, and everything in between. 💜 So Boy in Luv is actually one of their older songs (you guys should totally react to it), a lot of their earlier music is hip hop and experimenting with style, but none of it is bad. I hope you guys do MAMA 2019 as well, they performed some old songs and showed the transitional phases they went through with their performance.

Please stick with MMA. Not that Mnet isn’t bad but they screwed up bad with Big Hit artists and I think because BTS wasn’t there.

About this performance, Army chose this as their best live performance in a survey and the boys were trying to guess army’s choice, they didn’t think that this could be the one, Jimin said that when it was over he felt to throw up because he was super tired!! I think it's amazing that Jimin danced live live while the rest of the original dance line dance brakes were prerecorded They did an incredible job it's really a legendary performance and you were right it's not a concert it's an award show MMA - Melon Music Awards but it surely feels like one

The thing that caught my eye most was that in each song ji min had different hair styles and he looked different each time. He truly is amazing.

They got nine trophies that night...and four of them were daesang or grand trophies..so proud of them

South Korean technology is just amazing! The whole BTS crew and staff are just top class.

BTS are masters of illusions. Parts of this was actually pre-recorded with their live vocals. RM's Persona, Mikrokosmos, the solo performances (except for Jimin's) and the entire long intro to Dionysus was all pre-recorded. The rest was live :) Their planning for these shows are also extremely extensive. I think they start practicing 3 months before at least.

This can be a bit confusing. The prerecordings of their solo performances were broadcast (except Jimin's), but they all did perform their solos live on stage (Jimin's being the only one broadcast live).

Hi! Im an korean army! The first song 'Sang Namja' is in teenage vibe. And those suits that they are wearing are school uniform in Korea. When RM came out from classroom with the school uniform and they perform sangnamja, BwL togather, it was sooooo adorable to me.

The way this stage blew everyone off! Pls also do react to MAMA 2019 it was really fun with them performing their debut songs too! BTS at bh really have a great creative team, they plan this like 2-3 months ago the show with constant meeting with their creative team and performance director to plan a story out its just sooo much work. Theres a ton of story to this, a small eg would be how the bulbs representing each member forming a constellation which was a gift dionysus gifted his love, the horses the lepords and even the women who is infront are called “maenads” who are worshippers of dionysus who are deemed as “passionate and mad”. Here BTS is caling themselves dionysus, their wine being art and this a celebration of art. Its just beautiful

Dyonisus is the best performance ever in kpop history. And all the members look gorgeous. But for me and I think for a lot of ppl too.. V'S outfit and looks was the epic.

When you said it's not a concert or a performance, it's an experience, you were dead on, but this wasn't even their concert. This was an AWARD SHOW! The Grammys gave BTS 40 seconds as backup singers to Lil Nas X the first year and a shortened version of one of their songs the last time they performed on the Grammys. MMA gave BTS 25 minutes and clearly free rein and look what they got. Definitely best performance I've ever seen. On top of their amazing singing and dancing skills, it was like being at a Cirque de Soleil show on the side. Take notes western award shows on how it should be done. Thanks for reacting. I'm glad you were as blown away as I was the first time I saw this.

The reason why they can do all these cool effects is because it’s not live when it’s being aired in the tv. This is like a concert so if it was live they wouldn’t be able to make all these effects, if that makes sense? Jimin solo to I Need You is one of the absolutely most graceful dances I’ve ever seen. I’m not saying this because it’s Jimin but because I love the art of dance.

The American audience has seen nothing close to the production and performance capabilities that BTS can pull off. It would also be cool if BTS can perform at the SB halftime show.

Korean award shows are so well done compared to others!! Like the stage, the background!! The camera work is soo good!! Way better than the American award shows for sure.

Iconic performance ! Each time I see it, it's incredible , and what a beautiful construction with this crescendo till the end. The Dyonisos intro is mindblowing ! And Jimin's solo is already a legend ! there is a lot of symbolism there (each boy figures a god, the seven light for the seven members, the album map of the soul 7, the 7 years of BTS, and the seven stars of the Ariadne crown etc) . You should check MMA 2019 explanation by XCeleste, or by the Bookish theory, I'm sure you will find it very interesting.

BTS turns award shows into their concert. I have seen this explosive performance so many times and I am still awed.

My favorite award show performance. This is when Jimin became my bias and the other 6 my bias wreckers. Incredible experience, I am impressed every time I watch it.

I always comment the same thing but... I absolutely love how whipped judah is for hobi. he always says something about his talent, his smile, his hair styling even. I'm a hobi biased army, and sometimes it feels like I'm watching myself in the beginning of my whole army thing. 😂😂🤟 and regarding the jimin effect: I knew you never stood a chance.

Love this performance, they're fabulous! My favourite part is RM at the start...pure class. Have to laugh at your slightly embarrassing lusting after Jimin but I suppose it's no different to the effect that V has on me 😂

I remember when I first discovered BTS my cheeks hurt for moths from smiling too often because I wasn't used to it. They really made me smile everytime I saw them, watched run ep or listened to their songs. I really think I became more cheerful person thanks to them 😅

The last part of the performance, Jimin’s chair was not there yet, he literally was squatting on empty air! The stamina!! This also show how much thoroughly they have practiced that it looked so effortless.

Its combination of lighting, fog and drones, if you can believe that on top of that ARMY bombs that fans are holding makes the stadium look like a universe of millions of stars. Its mind-blowing!

This is why BTS is the moest wanted artist at award shows, they deliver once in a lifetime performance. How humble them of the let the awards shows take place under their concerts lol
