BTS are the most incredible entertainers! Their energy is just unparalleled. It's crazy how they're able to keep their stamina and stable vocals for a whole concert.

Favourite choreo? Danger is always epic (the dance practice is iconic), Mic Drop with full dance breaks, Butterfly - just beautiful!, and Anpanman.

thanks for doing mic drop and even more thanks for doing a live. I am a little sad that you chose this performance, though, i hate american production, when they spend as much camera time on audience as they do on the artist. There are several absolutely epic Mic Drop performances, my favourite is the MAMA 2017 award show with 3 dance breaks, or the Wembley stadium concert one in custom Dior fits. Hobi is on fire there.

Totally agree with you.

The diff with our American talk shows…they show the audience too much, and only the teenagers because their fans MUsT be super young…then they never have enough time to do any dance breaks or cool intros, etc…any other lives are better. But thank you for watching a live. AlwaYs great.

Yeah, you're right. They practice singing while on a treadmill in order to provide stable performance live.

The dance practice for the songs show the choreo really clearly since it's a stable camera in a stark room and the studio version of the songs playing. If you're interested, you should check it out to see what the full dance looks like. This live had a lot of light shining into the camera and hiding their dancing so it might be a fun surprise for you to see what it looks like. The music video is also a really good one too.

There's an extended version of mic drop with epic dance breaks. Also fav choreo ... They have so many iconic ones. For me blood, sweat and tears, and fire .

This was in 2017, they performed this song yesterday (with another song after it called run BTS, performing it for the first time ever) and it sounded VERY different, with a whole different energy and and type of beat (it's like a very rock based spooky remix, the members are also 5 year older with a much bolder style and different type of stage presence now), we can really tell how much they improved since then and how their performance evolution is. It also comes down that it was performed in front over 100 000 people (it's one of the biggest concerts in history, channeling at least 75M live viewers across different plateforms)

usually mic drop performances have a huge beat drop and dance break at the end, i guess not for this one 🥲 my fav choreo is probably anpanman!

Probably they left it out because of the small space they had to perform it since the dance break often has a bunch of backup dancer for full effect. I imagine it might have looked like that one challenge they did when they tried to do choreo in the tiny square without stepping out of the lines lol.

The dance break happened for the first time in the MAMA performance award show, this was just after the song was released so we didn't even know at this time there was an actual dance break, it was just so good they decided to incorporated it into their 2018 tour everytime they perform mic drop. But this in 2017

The song has a drop. Try the SNL performance. They purposely skip or delay their lines to show they’re singing live.

She once asked if they hook up with ARMY - a group widely, and erroneously, believed to be teenage girls.) I hope you are getting guidance on where to find good content! Of all the live versions of this I've seen this wasn't anywhere near the best- mainly because of the limited space and the set up.It's missing the dance breaks too.

You are right! There is a another beat drop and dance break at the end of live performances that the producers nixed. (how do you spell nixed?) They danced it on Saturday Night Live. I don't think one of their stages has been cut like that when airing on American TV since the 2020 Grammys. It was live from Seoul, and their stage design out everything else to shame. The Grammys "up nexted' the viewers for 3 hrs then put BTS in without the sappy bio vignette they made for every other performer. 🤔
