It's okay to be fat . I am also fat . And I do daily exercise ☺️. But one day I really pressured myself and fainted while dancing for almost 4 hours. But now I take breaks and eat healthy and do exercise for just 2 hours and sometimes 1 hour. I just want to say that keep going with your diet and don't pressure your self too much .
