It’s a song about a broken relationship. Where one side wants to other side stay with them whereas other side wants to end this relationship. House of cards means that relationship is really weak as cards so it can fall anytime. It’s actually very sad song and beats, music, vocals make it even better. Big thanks to Yoongi for creating such masterpiece. I listen to this song with satisfaction 🖤

Well, the song is made that way. I mean sad/depressing lyrics and Sexual beats. It's like a person is tired of their relationship but the other one doesn't want it to end. So, if the other partner can't keep them with love, they will seduce their partner and keep them with lust.
