Thank you for your reaction. This is their remixed 'lighter' version. The one they do at Award Show's and on stage at Concerts is to a harder heavier rock beat with 2 extra hard dance breaks. Oh and often than not it's to their live band. The always sing/rap and dance live. Sometimes you can even hear them grabbing a lung full of air. It's no wonder when they come off stage they require oxygen masks. Their concerts are over 2hours and they sell out huge Stadiums worldwide. I saw them at Wembley Stadium which seats 60,000 and that doesn't count the Football field. Their Stadium concerts tickets sell out fast in fact 2 night's at Wembley Stadium the tickets were sold out in 90minutes.

I have been listening and following BTS for many years now, and I love seeing people listen and watch them for the first time. Normally, I might like an artist's song or maybe a few songs but never an entire album, and definitely not all of their albums and songs, until BTS. They have such a variety in the music they make and messages they convey. They also do a lot of individual music and projects which again are very varied. I'm excited to see your journey! same.. BTS discography is my top 5 best songs ever. other artists songs that i like start at # 6 and i dont listen much to other artists anymore. just want to listen to BTS' inspirational , well-thought of lyrics . cant waste my time to noise.

I watched you watching the explanation video and thought I would look at this were you called yourself a hater. You are obviously a very nice young man. It is a shame so many others deprive themselves of the BTS pleasure. Other tracks to enjoy, On Kinetic Manifesto, Blood Sweat and Tears, anything from their early album 2 Kool 4 Skool. There is so much of their music to dive into. Also their solo projects and some excellent colabs. Many think that though the MVs are brilliant live performances are better. When they tour they sell out huge stadiums in minutes.

Having haters is nothing new to them, but all they ask is to listen to their music with an open mind. No pressure to like them or their music, but to give them a chance. They have a wide range of music, so I am confident something will appeal to you. In this video they are stating facts! The difference between them and most others is that they can back up what they say with hard evidence. Up to now, they have won over 1000 awards. (Taylor's video will show over 700 as this was correct at the time) I am going to subscribe to your channel as a gesture of good faith because I can see your reaction is genuine. If you feel after Taylor's video that you still don't like them, no hard feelings. I will see what other music you react to :) But honestly, BTS has well over 300 songs in their discography...ENJOY!

And to think that 300 is JUST them. When you add in all the pre-debut songs, collabs, covers, and more...there's almost (or just over?) 1,000! I can never remember. All I know is I currently have a little over 700 of them on my computer so far. Tried my phone, but alas, I ran out of room too quickly. LOL

Once you get into their mv:s you'll understand that there is such depth to their songs and they use all genres and alot of symbols to tell stories. It's tied to some fictional stories and references in BTS Universe, but beyond the stories they are raw and real and that is really what the fans pick up and love. The seven members are very different. You'll learn about them as you explore and there's so much to uncover. It's worth it. A few of my favorite mv are Spring Day (about the ferry disaster in 2014 when over 300 children died), with references to Snowpiercer and the short story Those who walk away from Omelas by Ursula K Le Guin. The original mv for On (with alot of literary and religious references, all religions, Omelas and so much more) and the MAMA and MMA performances that are exceptional, like 2018 and 2019. Dyonysos, Black Swan, Life goes on...

Welcome to the BTS insanity. It's great! We have cookies! 😁 Since you have now watched the intro to the group, I recommend just going back to the very beginning and watch their MVs in chronological order. It really shows you how much they've grown as artists and also, it's just fun. 😁 Once you've watched MVs and Dancw practices (you HAVE to watch the practices because you'll really see how insanely talented they are and how in sync), THEN you have to watch their performance at the 2019 MMA awards. Your.mind will be completely blown. It's an award show, but you'd never know it from what you will find yourself watching. It's essentially a 30+ minute concert. It's one of the most mind boggling performances I've ever witnessed. 😊

I love when people are just shocked when bts don't have only "Dynamite" concept and their music is not girly pop shit.. I love dynamite but that's not concept of bts.. Like bts has one of the fastest rapper in kpop industry (suga) They're grown up big man (like RM) They're music is fricking good. You should turn on the subtitles because lyrics is important

This is where it all starts

They are 7 members, 3 Rappers RM, Suga (aka Agust D), J-Hope these 3 are he main song writers and Suga is the main producer he won award for Producing for other artist. However all 7 members are Song Writers, Composers and Producers. RM and Suga (aka Augst D) were well done in the underground Hip Hop scene as Rappers before they became BTS. The other 4 are the vocalists. Yes they can all dance some learnt to dance once they joined BTS other's were already trained dancers eg J-Hope starting dancing and entering Hip Hop dance competitions at the age of 10. Jimin did the same thing but then went on to the Busan School of Art's where he added Contemporary Dance, and Korean Traditional Dance. All 3 of the Rappers also have good singing voices. One of the Vocal line Jungkook is also a 'sub' Rapper. Therefore he can Rap and will Rap when required. Every member has solo work within the albums and solo releases but it singles, colobrations, mixed tapes and albums. Each member is an artist in their own right but together they make a 'Super Group.'

Oh sorry I forget to say the vocal line are Jin (oldest), Jimin, V and the youngest Jungkook.

A new performance or should say newer version was at recent Busan concert definitely worth a look at variation but definitely check out a earlier live version too see growth also..

My advice to you don't pay attention to the hater they just bring you down as an ARMY we forgive you and welcome you. LOVE YOURSELF LOVE MY SELF.

KPOP is not just one genre but many combined into ONE that could potentially cater to your usual genre of music. They have worked and collabed with many western artists that they befriend who they find out some are ARMY (fandom name) throughout their 10+ year career and so on.

Hey, kudos to you for giving them a chance! Good reaction :) Keep going. My recommendation would be the music video for Daechwita, which is a solo project by one of the rappers, Agust D/Suga.

Hi. Welcome to ARMY. I watched your reaction to the Bangtan 7 the other night - well done, you are now here! Lots (LOTS) of fantastic suggestions below. I must add though - BTS are even better live! They shouldn't be, because they sing and dance (yes, like this) live. You can hear their breathing (panting?). And yes, there are indeed times when they have needed oxygen when they come off stage - there are videos of it. They have a backing track so they get accused of lip-syncing, but if you WATCH their MV's (where they DON't sing live) you can see they are cr***p at lip=syncing. In fact in one performance, Yoongi just stopped singing for a bit, crossed his arms, and grinned! There are umpteen live performances, most now have English subs. Others have suggested several excellent ones. Let me add ON -Jimmy Fallon at Grand Central Terminal, plus Jimmy Fallon BTS week - 5 different live performances of their hits, including Black Swan, Mikrokosmos, Idol, Dynamite, Home Grammy's 2022 BUTTER The entire Busan concert : this was a free concert BTS put on to support Busan's bid for an international trade expo. As well as the stadium show, there was a live feed to various venues around Busan (estimated live audience in Busan??? at least 80k) plus live internet streaming - audience - over 50 million). Free. Most appearances at MMA and MAMA awards. Billboard Award appearances (including with Coldplay). etc etc etc. There are also complete live shows uploaded to YT eg Wembley 2019 The rabbit hole is deep. But warm.
