@@potatoe8789 but they've been doing different concepts each comeback like ON, Black swan, Dynamite etc. Why is it always that j-hope gets the least amount of line. This a huge comeback song, it'll be heavily promoted, performed on mtv award show, played all across US but it mostly consists of 2 member, hobi and yoongi have 7s of verses. How will people be able to see the all the members shining if only 2 are on the front, people will be attracted to those who are at front. If it were just another bside in the album I'll get it but this was a comeback pre-release song and line distribution was just horrible. If you remember hobi had 0 lines in spring day. Was it cause he didn't "fit" the song? But he sang it live and everybody loved it, why would he "fit" during the live performances but not the studio version. Bighit's playing favorites thats all.

I’ll be honest i couldn’t enjoy the song because Jin was rarely in it. Nor was Yoongi,Namjoon and Hoseok. And other stans should not degrade other stans for being frustrated about it. You too would be if it was your bias. Especially when it’s a recurring matter. Infact when it comes to the mankae line, those stans are so quick to get in their defence if that happened to them. However, when it comes to the Hyung line being unfairly treated those stans would now remain quiet. So of course stans such as Jin stans would be quick to be in his defence because we know more solo stans wouldn’t.

Enan Ahmed Tae is always mistreated, so is Jin... if you’re on twitter you’ll always see “BTS IS 7” trending, usually based on those two being mistreated, seokjin’s face being cut out from the middle of a book( forgot which one), Tae being left out of official merch ( his signature), Tae having 4 lines of TTU, Jin not having a solo shot in this MV, TAEJIN being on the bottom of line distributions for the vocal line and others.

He even ones said in the behinds that he only got 3 seconds of the screentime. As for me, I think BigHit should atleast give the rap line 10-20 seconds of line or more. Jin and Tae deserve better too.

i agree. i think they should have gotten their own verses. yoongi’s was a repeat and jimin repeated hobi’s verse. i know jimin is perfectly capable of rapping but he’s got his vocal parts in the song, shouldnt the rappers do the rapping verses? the vocals sounded amazing tho, just wished the distribution was a bit more fair. besides, the rap line are so versatile and could definitely do something for the retro vibe!

Honestly, at this point, I don't have a fraction hop to BH anymore. they've never showcased his dance like what they did for Jikook eps their end of the 2016 and everyone ignored! the last time he got a decent centertime and line with a single shared-with-Jk-dance break (!) , was mic drop and since then, 3 years he is getting worse and worse that at this point is a backup dancer for maknaeline with the least line and screentime distributions? 3% and people are like it's ok? a main dancer who gets no center, frontrow and dance break and people are like it's normal? we've been waiting for him for ages to get what he deserved based on his positions at least and just disappointed every time. I'm just waiting he goes solo career fully. he will get nothing by a band member since it's not BTS anymore, It's makane line feat others and a breath of Jhope ! clown things indeed !!! It is possible to complain about line distribution and not drag Jungkook. He slayed in this song, and so did Jimin. Most of these comments are thinly disguised hate for Jungkook. It's sad because he works so hard and loves this fandom. Locals complimenting him and asking what is name is from the MV, and army mocking him in their replies. "Jungkook is my bias, but...." Also, the boys themselves said that the line distribution is not that important. What really matters is the final result and they honestly just want us to appreciate their music. Yes Jin deserves better and I’m not saying the opposite but producing a song is not just about who sings the most but who fits the song the most. With that being said, what really bothers me is that Hoseok, the literal personification of a disco concept barely appears in the MV.

All the past years all people have said is "well jin doesn't fit this concept" They had so many concepts and genres and jin doesn't fit a single one? Also if you watch BTS's reaction to the MV you can see Jin frown after his part. They might not say it directly to the camera but they can feel and think about unfairness.

I was excited for this mv. It is a beautiful song but NOW at this point all the members are good singers and no one needs to cover up for someone else. Some people will say 'they choose who will sing the part' but they know what army demands is EQUAL LINES. It kind of takes away the fun for me in the mv. ☹️

Seokjin doesn't have a single line for the first two minutes. No single scene and very few solo shots throughout. And he is gonna enlist next year, so this is probably one of his last comebacks. Bighit WTF?!!! Edited: In the EDM remix version of dynamite released today, Seokjin's part is completely excluded. It shouldn't be called a BTS group song with only 6 members. I beg all Army to stop commenting that this is fair line distribution to all members. Bighit needs to respect Jin as an employee and a BTS member.

Do you know what that means, it’s mean Jin was already excluded from BTS. They featured 6 singers. Jin part was the group/dual part. The time should be divided. Just like the dance break in ‘ON’. Dance break means so singing. it meant JIN could do it. But he was excluded. They featured 6 dancers. So, in 2 new songs, they are saying that there’re 6 dancers + singers in BTS. Suga write song, BH can’t afford to lose him. In the American market, if artists can’t write song, they would not recognize them as much. Just like Westlife, N-Sync and Boyzone. I asked many Americans from young to old, they had no idea who those bands were. J.Hope is the leader of dance line and co-writer, + rap. If Jin leaves BTS, those solo stans will start to work on the next target. They will never stop.

@@nguyenthiphuonganh I don't think so... the BTS members distribute the lines among eachother and usually, they're all happy with their lines since they have a say in it and know that certain people in the group have better voices for the type of song, eg. Jimin has a better voice for songs that have a higher pitched sound (like Serendipity), but I would understand if Jin didn't agree with his lines in Not Today... 4 seconds is just crazy, not enough lines. It wasn't even in his part too... That was literally just sad. But I stand by my opinion on this :P

I know jungkook's voice fits the song more, but why not make this his solo song or make it a Jungkook Jimin collab?

When I first heard the song, I was surprised that it ain't RM who got the most lines, considering he's the primary English speaker of the group

Some of Jk’s and Jimins parts definitely could have been given to Jin or V, and some the dydydydydynamite parts couldve been the raplines but i still love the song

I've noticed this past few years that yoongi always get the short end of the stick. I remember when fake love came out I WAS SO EXCITED. I was watching the music video and I was waiting for yoongi bc he's my bias, and just as fast as his part started it finished. That was when I hit an all time low. When I watched them preform Fake Love live, army would take a couple seconds to cheer for that member, and when yoongi came army started cheering as usually but by the time they were done so was his part. On top of that, he literally was dancing in the back the WHOLE TIME and yoongi a GREAT DANCER, I mean have you seen his fancams??? I love BTS and can't wait for what they have prepared in the future... but this line distribution honestly wasn't it.

Yoongi is such a passionate performer, his dancing skills are incredible but everytime he gets the centre and a chance to show off his dancing skills, armys seem surprised bcz they never pay attention to him. ngl when hoseok's teasers dropped I definitely thought it would be his era and he would get the appreciation he deserves. Now I'm just going to say, I think I kind of understand why rapline didn't get as many lines but it's still upsetting. With the song in complete English I'm sure none of us were expecting rapline to go all Agust D on us but I still feel like they could've at least gotten some of the 'dy nananana' s so that they have more to sing (I'm also a little disappointed hobi didn't get a dance break to make up for his lines too). Jungkook in first I was expecting, especially with the emphasis on learning English he has been showing army recently, but some of his lines could have definitely gone to jin/taehyung. I'm sure they could have even split up the Jungkook's first verse and shared it with vocal line but ah well. Overall, yeah it's a pretty bad line distribution but let's focus on appreciating the uplifting and bubbly song + music video BTS worked so hard to release for us by streaming!

a main vocal doesn't always need to have the most parts. being a main vocal is mostly about singing the hardest & most challenging parts. "dynynynynamite" is not challenging & could've easily been given to hoseok or yoongi. i understand that as a main vocal, it's likely that jungkook gets the most. but it doesn't excuse the other members (hyungline) getting almost nothing.

A "real A.R.M.Y" is supposed to be putting their opinions to help the group grow as idols so they can appeal to more audiences. as seokjinnies myself, i really anticipated his solo shots throughout the MV and till the end i got NOTHING. i know dynamite is a bubbly and fun song, but i feel so SAD because Jin, V and the rap line barely had any time to shine :( is this really supposed to be a full group comeback? cuz i think this is more like JiKook featuring Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM and V. SIGH, DISAPPOINTED BUT NOT SURPRISED. AGAIN. [Edit] Wow, didn't expect to get this much like. Fyi, i still LOVE dynamite and our boys so much. But when i first saw their MV, i actually cry. Like, for real. Even after years of their hard work, how can the members still get mistreatment like this?

Worst line distribution after spring day. Why is it so hard to distribute lines decently (e.g. Dionysus)? The management is doing a horrible job. I felt like this was going to be hobi's era bcz of those teaser pics, the concept was so hobi yet he barely got any lines and no centre but I'll still wait for full choreography.

I think we have to take a lot of factors into consideration. 1. This is not a rap song. Pf course the rap line will have less lines... 2. JK's English and live signing stability (don't come after me. I know they're all stable but JK is the mkst stable one) might be another factor. 3. We don't know anything about the production and behind the scenes (BTS lol) of the song. The members probably contributed equally... The list goes on. I know it's frustrating, but I believe in my boys and I'm sure there's a reason why the lines are distributed this way.

Also I get that jin has a thick accent in english but what about the screen time? If you see the mv you'll realise he's the only member who did not get a solo set and he is the official visual.........

Its a vocal based song and rm last time I remember is not a vocalist. The next best after rm is Jungkook. Who is more comfortable in english songs and he suits them more. Let’s be honest here.

Jimin has twice the lines of Jin, and Jungkook has more than double V’s lines. I wish I could hear more of TaeJin’s deeper vocals to balance the song out a bit more. Not to mention, why was Jin is the only one without a solo set/scene in the offfical MV? That’s so unfair... they shot his solo scenes but the editor didn’t include it... but Jin suits this theme so well (they all do) so that’s really unfortunate... why editor, why. -_- This song doesn’t have a lot of rap but y’all KNOW the rap line can SING so they should’ve also gotten more lines. I love JK (and Jimin) but since he got that entire solo verse in the beginning the rest of the lines could’ve 100% been split more fairly with *main and lead vocal still having a bit more lines than the others* for obvious reasons. *But there’s not much we can do... might as well enjoy the song since it’s a bop.*

(even if he isn't confident or comfortable singing in English, at least give him a solo shot) - As well as the rapline since they're also older and got way less lines (and yes I know it's not the kind of song that is very fit for rap, but at least they got solo shots for their lines).

The reason why I brought it up was the least they can do is give him MORE PARTS, both line distribution and screentime wise. As we won't see him as a performing artist for the next 2 yrs.. That's a long time tbh

It's so fucking funny when you compare his solo work to group projects. Group projects get heavily promoted everywhere. Solo work doesn't. It's not ever about being uncomfortable, if he couldn't rap, he could still sing just fine but bighit has favorites and it shows. The line distribution was very poor but bcz armys always defend this sort of behavior by bighit, they don't about fair distribution. BTS is 7, they shouldn't go for something in which 5/7 members feel "uncomfortable"

ZAINAB KAISE Ik, but he stood out to me a lot in the album this year and he he released 2 solo songs this year and they were smash hits, they were probably the best solo songs I’ve heard this year, also dynamite was mostly vocals and Ik he can sing but he’s better suited to rapping so hopefully when their next album comes out he’ll get to shine more, let’s just appreciate this song as a whole cuz it’s so gooooddd

The song is a bop but I feel like some of the “dydydydynamite” could of been given to the rap line and one of the high notes to Jin & Tae. Jin I wish would of got more visual shots and more screen time. I hope they have another English song with rap line being on top 3/4! Other than that I think this is JiKook era :). Don’t send no hate to JiKook only love :3!! Edit: I just noticed their lines are in the order of the rainbow lol

Okay, I can't be the only one who thought Jungkook's lines would run out of the screen itself 😂 The song is more vocal-oriented, so it explains why the rap line had a lower amount of lines. But Jungkook having way more lines than EVEN the hyung line combined says Dynamite is one of BTS' worse line distributions. Edit: Gods, I never expected I would get so many likes. I agree 😊 The song is amazing and the parts the rap line did were really good though! While it's more vocal oriented, they aren't bad singers and pulled off their lines well! I feel like their vocals would have fit well with the song! The distribution is a little disappointing but I suppose we can't do much about it. Love the song though! 😊💜
