I just read that Jungkook tested positive for Covid. Wishing him a speedy recovery. I'll be headed to Las Vegas next week for their April 8th concert. I hope they're all healthy by then.

Jungkook is doing well, he posted a video on IG just now telling us how he's been eating and resting well but is also trying to stay active so he doesn't gain weight and is listening to music to keep his spirits high.

11:14 he means when at a hotel. Like when you realize that the socks you want to wear the next day needs to be washed so you just wash them at the sink in the hotel bathroom with shampoo and hang them to dry so you can wear them the next day. Normal. Especially when at a hotel but also at home you don't wash a small thing in the machine, that is wasteful af. He says he's just like us. Many other celebs would prob sent a manager to buy a new pair or sent the socks down to get washed by the hotel, very unnecessary and just wasteful but he just washed them himself quickly. And them not saying brand names like for the the noodles or Fanta is because unlike Fila, Coway, Hyundai, Louis Vuitton etc BTS doesn't have any collab with Fanta and Shin noodles so they shouldn't really endorse them and give free publicity.

When BTS on tour, they live in hotels which don't have washer and dryers so unless they send staff to put their clothes in a laundromat, they gotta use shampoo if they don't have detergent which I don't think you can bring detergent on a plane, and hang em in their room to dry. Any brand or product BTS mentions sells out so unless they have an endorsement or collab, they avoid saying brand names. (Lowkey V gave me drunk vibes in that live lol he was wildin.)

I think J-Hope used shampoo because he was in a hotel room. There would be shampoo and hand soap readily available, but probably not laundry detergent. The hand soap is likely to be in the form of a bar. Making the shampoo the best option. As for why he needs to wash the socks in his hotel room, probably because he's living out of a suitcase while traveling, which limits his wardrobe. And, despite being a millionaire he's humble and not above cleaning his own clothes. Especially if it's just a pair of socks and he doesn't want to trouble the hotel or company staff over such a small item.

wait what??? lol, when you said you weren't old enought to drink I was shocked lol. Btw, washing clothes by hand is very common but I was surprised that most people in the US use washing and drying machines 😅. I do use washing machine now but only for a lot of clothes, I hand wash for small quantities or delicate clothing.

lol jhopeis washing socks in the sink with shamppoo cuz he traveling. they arent stuck up people who make people do their laundry im assuming so he prob just does that if it gets wet or dirty. in korea they dont really have dryers in most smaller apartments they usually hang their clothes to dry

If you ever watch a KDrama they do a lot of hand washing clothes. Most everyone air dries their clothes. It may be that the clothes dryers produce lint and can add to the bad air quality. They have a fine dust problem in Korea that blows in and covers everything. But it does save energy.
