Así es , totalmente de acuerdo . Al parecer los Grammy son demasiado localistas , hay artistas casi desconocidos en Latinoamérica, que ganan grammys y muchos latinos no nos sentimos representados , ni siquiera los escuchamos . Deberían premiar al talento y a la excelencia como es el caso de BTS . , no a cualquiera solo por ser de Centroamérica o de Latinoamérica o de USA . Algo muy injusto la verdad

I arrived to this country in February 1992. I had a thick accent, spoke a different dialect of the English I learned back home, and had to explain to other kids in my class why my eyes were so small and my skin such a pale yellow. I came home crying every night and wanted to go back home where I wasn’t bullied constantly. To witness BTS taking over the world and bringing it to the Grammys stage is a kind of catharsis for my younger self. I’m so proud.

This fancam is more proof that they sound just as good live as they do in the studio!

Nobody mentions the graphics in the background, as they arrive on the main stage the framed artwork begins to disappear (they have stolen it) at the 3/4 point of the performance all the framed art is gone and graffiti is being drawn across the walls as a "we've been here statement". Excellent. Jin was the member in the large control room at the beginning, he had recently had surgery on his finger 2 weeks before and couldn't do the complex dance moves, he joined in at the last. Also the card being thrown at the beginning was legit, V and Jungkook practiced that for a month of practice sessions. Jungkook had been released from CV quarantine 1 day before the Grammy's and the entire team only had 1 day together to practice on the Grammy's stage. J-hope had arrived in Vegas about 2 days before the Grammy's from Korea as he was also released from his CV quarantine on April 1. They did an outstanding job, true professionals in the light of adversity.

Correction, that card thrown by V to JK, it was obvious from this fancam JK did not catch that card. The card was thrown to the floor to JK's right side. In this fancam, you can barely seen the card dropped on the floor. But you can search another fancam (I am still looking for it-cannot remember where the fancam is) in youtube, the card was thrown on the floor clearly. So, yeah...what the members said in VLive was actually a jokes between the boys just to make armys confuse by it. Hahaha..

At 1:18 at 0.25 speed u can easily see that JK doesn't catch the card. The card drops in front of him, and he shoves up a different one.

Bts are the reason why I got into K-pop they helped me so much for my break up that I went through with my second ex-boyfriend that I had and they are just amazing. I went to Vegas to see their permission to dance show on the first day when they did it And they blew me away. I wanted to meet them but I never got a chance to and it’s so hard but I can’t wait for 2025. It’ll be a really big year we’re gonna be done with 2023 and going to 2024. This is gonna be amazing.

I've watched this so many times I lost count already. First time seeing this fancam clip. Now I get it! It's a different experience when you get to see it live, definitely. Most of this production they were covered by the cameraman so you can't really see the other sides/parts of it if you're a live audience. But man, oh boy, when we watched it through online media it's a whole lot different typa experience too. You'll get to appreciate their performance even more and see their every epic moves and such details. I can see there's a big difference, YUP! Well I reckon and suggest they have to watch it again online to see how awesome their presentation was - OVER ALL!! Still can't get over it! LOVE AND APPRECIATE THEM SO MUCH! 💘💜😎👏🏻👌🏻😍 Thank you for this!😊

My comment from last year’s 2021 Grammys. History repeats itself for BTS this year. BTS was ignored at the Grammys 2020, despite the fact that ”Map of the Soul: Persona” had the 3rd bestselling album in the world 2019, and litterally out-sold all the other artists that were nominated for ”Album of the year”. It dosen’t matter that BTS isn’t American and doesn’t sing in English, if looking back on all non-Americans. Puerto Rican Luis Fonci’s (born 1978) Spanish ”Despacito” was totally embraced by the Grammys. Enrique Iglesias sings fully in Spanish too. For Grammys 2021, BTS finally got a nomination in the category ”Best Pop Duo/Group Performance” (but was scandalously snubbed on the win). Although they boys were ecstatic, people agreed they deserved nominations in more categories. They had the bestselling album 2020 in Southkorea, Japan, USA and in the entire World (!) with masterpiece ”Map of The Soul: 7”, and really deserved a nomination in the ”Album of the year” category. BTS has Artistery and Quality on all levels, which alot of people in the Western and European music industry refuse to accept or admit. However, BTS is the first Korean-act in history to get a nomination, and the first to perform at the Grammys in 2020, even though BTS was only a ”back-up” for Lil Nas X. For this year’s Grammys 2022, BTS once again got ONLY ONE nomination, and in the same category as last year ”Best Pop Duo/Group Performance” for Butter. However, unbelievably and scandalously the Scammys had the nerve to insult BTS by snubbing them on the win two years in a row. BTS hands down deserved to win in that ”tiny” and Only category they’re nominated in. Besides, I can’t believe how their masterpiece ”BE” didn’t even get a nomination for Album of the year. There’s no logic reason or excuse for Scammys to ignore and snub BTS anymore. They’ve been using BTS for views and attention, without any intention ever to reward them with the Grammys they so deserve. Scandalous. They’re outstanding and had hands down the ”Best Pop Duo/Group PERFORMANCE” ! Shame on Scammys. “Please don’t forget that whether we get the Grammy or not, we already got what we wanted and we got YOU (Army) so that means we got everything.” - Kim Namjoon (RM)

I agree. When I saw what won, I, too, was shocked. No competition at all. Sad Grammy. BTS is so far and above what's out there.

Wow, it is even more impressive from this perspective. You get to see how detailed they are, how in sync they are, and just how good they really are at dancing. I mean jesus it just really struck me that RM is a professional dancer! (and believe me, I'm not forgetting everything else he is too, that they all are). I wonder when the last time is that the nominated musical artist danced like this at the Grammys? Between MJ and BTS? At this level? I'd be interested. Thank you for sharing this, Alexis Hamilton. Your camara work is incredible and you have become an important part of Grammy history. Probably more than anyone can realize right now.

Ofc they would have got more credibility if this was a On performance but the backup dancers joined in the last minute here and BTS did 99%.

I have watch this so many times, and you can really see when its performance time bts slay with their superstar vibes, the way rm just goes from changing his coat and rappin like its nothin makes go uwu thats hot, also love when jhope tripped, I like how he handled that on stage, v signaling rm to cover for him, they are such brothers to each other.

Shut UP!!! That is a whole different perspective. I especially like when they’re stretched all the way across the stage with the back up dancers dancing the same thing that BTS is. Thank you so much for posting this.

They have come so far, just by looking back at their journey it tells all that they deserved all the things and even more.

Они встречались с президентом Байденом. Тема встречи- принятие закона против преступлений, которые совершаются от ненависти к азиатам. То ли это было так запланировано,то ли это было такое извинение под видом высокого визита и брифинга. Мудрый Юнги тогда сказал: "Я думаю, что равенство начинается тогда, когда мы открываемся и принимаем все наши различия». Хочется верить,что на нашей планете асе равны....не на словах.

Потому что Грэмми это очень специфический конкурс, десятилетиями побеждают определенные артисты, очень многие мировые звёзды и группы, которые были супер популярны, не получали эту престижную премию. Ребят было до боли жалко, когда они ее не получили.

i've watched this performance many times but this is the first time i see this fancam.. thank you so much for sharing this.. now i see that they have a few teams of camera crew, they've done a wonderful job! And the dance break looks so incredible here cos i can see all the 6 of them defying lasers.. still cant over the excitement looking at Yoongi sliding the floor. What an awesome performance from BTS!

The way V looked at Olivia, it reminded me of when Leo first saw Kate on the staircase in the film Titanic. In the official vid, you can only see Olivia patting V on the shoulder as he got up to join the group, but from this angle, you can see that she actually held his hand for a brief moment. 🥰 Perhaps I'm over thinking all of these signs... but just in case I'm not, I just want to say... good luck V.💜❤💜

Imagine peformers who relentlessly practiced for 3 days, didn't get drunk, didn't get arrested nor assault any women, had isn't it, that is BTS notwithstanding their massive talent. The idea that Tae had to sit next to the little girl who bad mouthed them said "I am afraid of them" and then used their name to try to break into the Asian market, now her promotion for her new whatever it is called as an ad on BTS videos on KZread...
