This was the final concert in Seoul, South Korea on their last world tour called the Speak Yourself World Tour before the world turned upside down. They actually performed at the same stadium for their online concert last week, it was bittersweet though because they want so badly to perform in person for ARMY again. But they'll get their chance at the end of November when they will be in LA performing at SoFi Stadium for 4 nights and they will be performing at the Jingle Ball concert too. Their first in person concerts in 2 years. I've heard people who really don't know a lot about BTS who accompany family or friends to BTS concerts and even they say BTS put on 1 of the best concerts. And their concerts are almost 3 hours long. It's 100% energy from beginning to end. They sometimes push themselves too hard sometimes where they will need supplemental oxygen backstage or they've collapsed backstage. Also BTS never lip sync, they are incredible. I agree I understand if BTS music is not people's preference, but you can't deny their talent and they should still be respected. Did you know BTS was recently nominated for Artist of the Year for the American Music Awards, the first Asian artist to be nominated in that category.

BTS live is different. One of my favorite things about them is their stages are never the same. They put a lot of effort into making new sets or maybe even creating new versions of old songs so each one is always a new experience 💜

Just Wait Until you're in that stadium, seeing BTS in person, you will never believe the amount of energy they give to the audience. I've seen so many concerts in my life but nothing comes close to a BTS concert. Now, some bands have a song or two that matches the hype/energy, it's not consistent, it's not for the whole 2-1/2 hours and then the 1/2 hour to say goodnight, which is something in it's self that has to be witnessed. The other thing you said, "Namjoon is the inspiration for the attitude you want to have in life". In the fandom; There's an actual word for what you are feeling and ARMY calls, "NAMJOONING"

the fact this was just a 4 song medley in a 23+ song concert... and they performed this particular leg of shows three days in a row (this was the final leg of their speak yourself stadium world tour - this particular show was in south korea's olympic stadium, they usually save korea for their last leg of tour - and in the video was one of their last three concerts before the pandemic hit last year so.. it means a lot)

We can all collectively agree that Jimin is pretty.

this was from the final shows in seoul for their love yourself speak yourself tour in 2019. hype title track medleys are a staple of their concerts, they often have a second one on the back burner they bring out occasionally to change things up. a lot of the online concert they just held was medleys like this, it was crazy and a lot of work for them. so much respect for them. they're absolute rock stars on stage, doesn't matter what genre they're performing

This was just 10mins out of an almost 3 hour concert. They have awesome energy when it comes to performance. And yes, you're right, it's all about passion.

They are truly amazing live! I saw them in 2019 in NYC and have tix to the Dec 1 PTD concert in LA. Can not wait. Btw, I’m 50 years old and have seen a lot of performances in my time. No one compares to BTS live.

They are insane live....you've only scratched the surface, as I'm sure you know. Keep looking up live performances and you are gonna absolutely be amazed!!! I know you've seen a few mv's and maybe some lyric vids. Maybe watch some dance practices too! The mv's don't always show off the dances like the practices or the stages do.

You are right about their live performances hitting different. If I am able to see BTS live again, I would go to a back-to-back concert. They worth every penny! I never ever been hyped at most concerts in my life before BTS. They are absolutely amazing performers!

I saw them live in Chicago. The energy and atmosphere in the stadium felt like I was in another dimension. Post concert depression is talked about in the fandom because for those hours of the concert you're just blasted with so much positively enegry that the absence of it hits you hard. It legit took me like 3 days after to adjust back to regular life.

Waaahhh I loved your closing comments, like you really see and get their essence. When other people ("muggles") put BTS and Army down, i just smh and pity them and rejoice at how much happier my life is

The hype. Well. I too haven't seen them live in person and judging by what happened last week it'll never happen. I was on a zoom call with one of my best friends and we were watching live BTS videos, which should be innocent enough. But I also have a heart condition that means if I get too excited or even stand up suddenly, my heart rate rockets. When that happens I pass out. My friend is 150 miles away and my wristband was wailing that my bpm was 157, and I was out cold. After a few minutes it wears off, only she panicked so I ended up with the ambulance at my door, the dog escaped (thankfully he heard my husband's car and went towards him), my parents aren't far behind and I had to spend an hour explaining I didn't need to go to A&E, showed a cardiologist letter to back me up and they all left. The outcome is that I am not allowed to speak to my friend and watch live BTS videos at the same time.
