I know you view Tae as this sexy unstoppable beast (which he is) but he is one of the most complex people to me. He has this "childlike wonder" about him (in Suga's words) and he is such an artistic soft soul who loves art and gentle music. He is our weird Tae, our sophisticated Taehyung, and our sexy V all in one.

Beautifully said. And exactly why he’s my ultimate bias. I didn’t have a bias until I learned more about their personalities but as soon as i got to know V I immediately gravitated towards his unique personality. No amount of good looks of amazing voice will sway that connection.

"Blue and Gray" was written and produced by Taehyung, although this song was supposed to be in Taehyung's mixtap, but he decided to include it in this album and sing it with all the members. Tai wrote this song when he was going through a difficult time and exhausting isolation, to the point that he suffered from insomnia and depression, so he was trying to cure himself by writing the lyrics of a song until he made (blue and gray) on his hands ^^ That is why you see him saying at the end of the song that he had finally fell asleep when dawn fell, and that he was able to sleep at last after he wrote this song and these soft words Taehyung is a creative person and artist, just like the rest of Bangtan's members, the melody is composed by Tae Hyung too, but the rap line segments were written by them. So I hope our little Taehyung and all BTS members get their happiness and that sadness never approaches them.

My favorite song from the album is blue and grey and Taehyung produced it i am proud of it😭😭😭💜

Blue & Grey is the most relatable when you have some problems almost everyone was like its ok get over it but you want them to comfort you and just be there

BTS' rapline is just insane. they can literally flow in ANY type of beat they pick. Just take Blue & Grey....that song doesn't sound like it could fit rapping at all....but they made it work. And this song was actually originally only V's! He wrote it and showed it to the guys (it was meant for his mixtape) and they liked it so much that they asked him if they could use it for the album!!!

After listening to this song (blue & Grey) I can't wait for KTH1 (Kim Taehyung) mixtape! He is an amazing artist and I'm so proud of him 😭💜 I love Tae with all my heart!

Blue and grey was supposed to be on Tae's mixtape ...but after members listening to it they decided to put it on this album....it's sooo beautiful 😭

1. Blue & Grey 2. Fly to my room 3. Dis - Ease These are my top 3 but I loved every single one of them including the skit. I believe this is the best mini album or one of the best album ever. It's the best kpop mini album ever produced imo.

Blue & Grey is very meaningful, and I just can't think of the emotions/feelings of Kim Taehyung when he started writing the song. You can feel pain, depression and longing in Blue & Grey that makes listeners get emotional instantly. Just AMAZING work of V and NIVE 👌🤟💜 Kim Taehyung you're a genius man, you can capture emotions with your songs (Sweet Night 😭), it's unpredictable and we're just so excited for your Mixtape which we know will HIT us so hard. Hii brother do know "Blue and Grey" was majorly written, composed and produced by Taehyung, V is the main composer along with others It was originally intended to be on V’s mixtape and was entirely in English. However, all members liked it so much that they decided to change some of it and put it on the album. and so rapline wrote their parts and V changed lyrics from English to Korean. Tae wrote this song when he was suffering from burnout and possibly depression. He said this a couple of times, I also think that’s why the members wrote such moving messages to him on the rolling paper during the fiesta. Makes this song even more emotional. Same goes to stay by rm jin and jungkook, it was supposed to be on jungkooks mixtape but the members liked it so yeah blue and grey is a meaningful and sentimental song talking about depression and anxiety , blue is usually used as an expression of sadness and grey being dull and all and yeah i was actually looking forward to this song ever since ive heard it from one of the episodes of in the soop where tae played the english version in which was supposed to be on his mixtape. I cry every time I listen to Blue and Gray it's like they they summed up my life and put it one song

blue and grey was made to be part of Taehyung mixtape (he is main writer and producer in this song along with 2 of his friends) it was supposed to be all in English, we got to hear a snippet of it in " in the soop" but the members liked it and part of the lyrics was translated to Korean - the singing parts- and the song was altred to fit the rap verses written by our rapline. Tae wrote this song about the burouts he felt as a way of coping, we are extremely proud of him. I can't even imagine having this fully in English with taehyung's soulful voice the whole song, we are already crying mess over it.

The heartbeat in blue and grey made me uncomfortable since it felt a bit too raw, once I let myself really feel the song WITH the meaning of the heartbeat if felt more comforting, It really makes you face your emotions. Good job V-producernim ;A; makes me cry constantly, I love this song.

no he didn't. composing is completely different from producing and songwriting. his original composition is only "telepathy" and he had a part in songwriting and producing in some of the other tracks in this album. he did initially have some more of his original compositions that he intended to include in this album, but they wanted to give all members an equal shot at including songs, so he let the other boys include their compositions as well

Furthermore their earlier songs consist almost of only rap verses, so rappers truly contributed a lot throughout the years.

Blue and Grey is one of the songs my sisters showed me to get me into BTS and I find it really healing when I’m struggling and having a bad day. All the songs on this album are so amazing.

Love this whole album. There's not a song that I don't love. Perfect example of why you need to react to more B-sides. Maybe for your patreon side doing the album reviews? Fly to My Room is very Gospel laced while Blue & Grey has very much a Beatles 60's feel. This album is being called a cultural reset and it's so true/needed!

I love every single song on this Album, but Blue and Grey is one of the best songs I've ever heard. The melody, the musical production and the lyrics were all top teir. However the emotional gut punch is what makes it so special. In terms of emotional weight the closest song of theirs might be The Truth Untold, but that song was mostly telling a story whereas Blue and Grey is deeply personal.
