Hi Shaun, Long time no see. I don't know of the location for this performance but I believe it was on a Japanese tv show. Your Eyes Tell was written by Jungkook. He originally wrote it for his (as yet) unfinished mixtape, but It was released instead as the eponymous title track to the Japanese Movie of the same name. This song is hauntingly elegant in it's stripped back simplicity, but just hits me so hard whenever I hear it.
