No one ever taught me how to love myself and what it really means. I've been into dark chapters in my life and no one knows the struggle I'm having inside myself. When I heard this song in specific, it kind of shone a light on me. It's like finding light at the end of a tunnel that is so dark. BTS reminded me to love myself, accept my flaws and imperfection and to always choose myself. Thank you BTS, for giving me hope, comfort and healing every time I need it. Thank you for your music.

BTS VibEz well since I’m the oldest out of all my brothers there’s a lot of pressure put on me especially when it’s academically since I’m ‘smart’ I’ll edit later Edit: and I have high standards so when I get a bad grade I usually get shamed upon so you’d usually see me crying Edit2: and when I get a bad grade my mum would scold me but when I get good one she could care less and I don’t do much of my work now bc I have more responsibilities over my brothers I get in trouble a LOT

As a person who have struggled with long term depression and anxiety and self harming tendencies, i can relate. I have gone through a very bad phase where i have self harmed myself, covered them with cloths and have showed up at work. I have sat down wondering how painful it possibly would be to end my own life. At times loving ourselves is not as easy as it sounds like. But once we start doing it, there's nothing as beautiful as that. BTS is amazing with all those positive messages. This is exactly what some people needs to hear.

I was sexually assaulted and I was done with life until I discovered BTS. Over these past 3 years they have taught me to love myself and now I know I have a family I can go to if I need support for anything. Thank you BTS and fellow Army for everything 💜

Reika Oktavia same I have body dysmorphia so even if I am pretty I feel and am ugly I have depression so I cry myself to sleep cause I hate that I'm ugly bisexual not good enough worthless and I'm weak because I was crying and telling myself bad but true things then I remembered Epiphany and I cried even more because I can't love myself then I started to cut myself and after I stopped crying I when with a rope and climbed up my pine tree but then I sang Epiphany and climbed down (this happened yestarday)BTS is the only thing that keeps me alive I've only know them for 1 years but they've done more than my parents in 11 years #btsandarmyforever

I am speechless. Watching this video for the first time (I've been ARMY for 2 years) - my heart sank. I'm a Mom of two teens - I know how it goes with students - and adults are no different, don't think so! We live in a harsh world, where looking out for each other has somehow faded into the background. Many times we can only rely on ourselves - but for this we need to be strong and self-confident. To love ourselves? Sure, that would be great...and it would help a lot. But love yourself is one of the hardest thing ever. I hope to learn one day... Well, until now, I have already admired, loved and respected these 7 exceptional and special people. For their talent, diligence, personality, and the nature of their relationships with each other and other ppl. And how much more for more... My appreciation and admiration for them grows every day. They took on so much - at such a young age. They reach the hearts of people everywhere in the world - because they are authentic, honest and do it with love and devotion from the heart. Born to heal the world. And I believe their miracle...

Thank you sooo much for saving my life and for making me feel that you are guys always with me no matter what and i wanna say that me and all the army are soo proud of you and proud to be part of this beautiful story
