Wow! I've heard ballet horror stories, but JHope's quote brought it all back how dancers are so under-rated, he's an amaazing, dedicated dancer, so is Jimin (who started out as a street teen popper) & now Jungkook, too! Actually all are, to put in so much time, bst & heart, takes some special people! Loove these guys!😊

@@bruh-ok5ks Jimin started out pre-teen poppin' & won many undergriund battles (see old pre-debut clips), while going to middle school, he also then attended high school, while attending Dance school (learned contempirary, etc for only 1 - 1.5 yrs, but he was/is a natural)& also took Martial Arts training around the same time, for a minimum of 8 yrs, he was a busy (incredible) boiii.,He=🔥🔥...💜

@@bruh-ok5ks Btw in their own towns, both were well-known dancers, at school, underground & at local festivals..One local paper called Jimin the "Prince Of Busan" (that's how THAT started)..😊

They don't choreograph whole routines. They have a choreographer who is dedicated to them plus they work with famous choreographers. Their performance director/choreographer Son Sung Deuk did Danger as well as most of their earlier choreo like No More Dream and I Need U. Jungkook and J-Hope have added some moves but they haven't created whole ones. Only two (Jimin and J-Hope) came from a dance background. Jungkook could dance but he was grabbed for his vocals.

Jimin also adds moves in their choreos. Mostly is J-hope's call as dance leader in helping Mr. Son to addapt choreos that are done by external choreographers, but Jimin also adds input that have made some sequences more elegant and fluid, while J-hope's and JK's input given sharp/hard vibes.

To everyone mentioning Jimin. I would of course guess that ALL the dance line would give input on moves. I didn't mention Jimin because I know of SPECIFIC choreo that Jungkook and J-Hope have added to. It's a given that Jimin would probably help, in fact we know he helped teach RM his dance for one of the House Parties. So I just didn't mention him because I have no knowledge of choreo he actually ADDED to a routine like we know Jungkook helped with 21st Century Girls as an example.

@@ebony7177 Jimin literally almost "rearranged" the whole Butterfly choreo. He also changed bits of Spring Day and his own Lie. They all do some minor input but none create choreos.

Go Go is such a fun dance especially the heart version! I laughed my ass off the first time I watched it.

For not having a dance background, you picked up on some neat pieces like how their first foot came down, then the second-together. I’m always amazed at their precision and synchronicity. It’s one thing to get everyone to jump at the same time. It’s a lot harder to have everyone LAND at the same time. If you listen, their feet tap a rhythm very clearly because they’re so together. The fact that they all land in the exact right spot and don’t run anyone over is beyond my comprehension...along with remembering different choreography to every single song in a concert! Sheesh!!!

Doesn't matter if you don't know much about dancing, you can still appreciate it as an art form, and it's all about how it makes you feel :)

It's amazing that so many joined BTS having no dance skills at all. That's hours and hours of practice. In fact, in their early reality series, Rookie King, Suga complained to their ceo that instead of getting easier, the choreography was getting more and more difficult. Several found Danger to be their most difficult choreography because the transitions had to be perfect in such a tight formation. Rookie King ep 4 rooftop confessions

They do contribute to the choreo but they have choreographers! They have this performance director that is their main choreographer and helps manage performances and he's been there since day 1, Son Seungdeuk. They also have different choreographers sometimes send them demos that they learn for different songs. But for simple B-tracks they sometimes choreograph those themselves. I definitely recommend checking out Spring Day next! Beautiful choreo! Do a two in one video - watch the dance and then the actual MV since a lot of times we miss some of the choreo depending on how the Mvs are edited. It's also great that you're sharing BTS and props to your sister for being willing to watch these boys. :) I don't think you've done Not Today but it's an amazing song on its own and the dance practice just adds another layer to it. The same goes for Spring Day since it's a song without ANY dancing but I'd recommend watching the video that goes into detail about what the song means. It's really beautiful and speaks about such a tragic event.

Eriko English FAM!!!! This is my favorite DP too! From the day this and the MV dropped, it’s had the top spot. So few ppl know or pay much attention to what BTS themselves have said is one of their most challenging pieces. Danger remains my favorite BTS fast song, and the Dark & Wild album is in my top two (Wings being the other). I’m SO glad to know someone else out there shares this appreciation. 💜 We are so blessed to have so much amazing content to choose from. There really just is no one like BTS.

I read that they have a choreographer who is with them even when they go abroad. They get services of the best choreographers there is. They send a tape and they review it. J-hope is the dance mentor in the group followed by jim in and jk.

I love your breakdown of rap as well as overall songs. This isnt rap but to increase your base and extend your channel even more let me add Morissette Amon Asia Song Festival 2017 version. She covers little mix and Mariah Carey. The Filipino/Filipina singers will open your world to a country dedicated on singing. 90% of all in the Philippines has a karaoke machine in their house. They are the most passionate and loyal singers you’ll ever come across. Think about BTS fandom for a whole country. English is their second language and most speak it. Subtitles are used for their native songs. Im a hardcore BTS fan even at 40 and former Marine. Their music knows no boundaries. RM, Suga, Hobey, Jimin, Jk, Jin & V are amazing and compliment each other perfectly.
