I was a die hard ARMY, too. when they became the biggest in the industry, I stumbled upon a group that looks up to them which is SB19. Right now, I still support BTS, but a dedicated A’TIN now. SB19 is the next level for me cause aside from looks, musicality level of these 5 guys kasi, is better than KPOP. No cap. Thanks for this RV.

Same. Siguro kasi mas nakaka relate tayo sa SB19. Kaya super love ko song na to kasi nasaksihan ko lahat ng criticism na tinangap nila. Mula pa sa press con nila sa go up,yung mga nakaka imbyernang tanong ng mga reporter. Even now that they are slowly getting recognition,people are still criticize them.

As an A’tin, this really warms my heart... I appreciate an Army like you who is not too quick to judge and really took the time to watch SB19. You’re right. They took a lot of blows from people especially Filipinos which is very hurtful. They don’t have to stan them but at least give them some respect by not bashing them without knowing them first. BTS is one of their biggest inspirations even before they became SB19. I wasn’t into PPop until I saw them in a reaction video of one of the US reactors I usually watch. Since then, I continuously watch them, got to know how they started and I just got hooked and fell in love. From nothing to something. Literally, they didn’t have the money to buy food and commute. Some of them walked to their studio with nothing to eat and would sleep on the floor. When one of them had “baon”, they’d share it with the whole group. They didn’t have the money to buy new outfits for their performances so they’d mix and match their own clothes. They’d cover their tattered shoes with black markers so they look decent enough to use. They would give their 100% every performance wherever they are even if there was only 7 people in the audience watching. People told them to quit; that they won’t make it but they never gave up. They held on to each other and believed in their dreams until they captured our hearts and started supporting them. There’s a lot more but I hope you can find the time to watch and react more to their videos. Their recent one is the ASEAN- Korea Round Festival 2021. They sang 5 songs with live vocals. If it’s not too much to ask, you can also watch their humble beginnings on KwentoJuan with SB19 and Toni Talks Interview with SB19. You don’t have to be a fan but I’m sure, they’d gain your respect. Again, thank you so much! I truly appreciate this reaction video.

Actually, in their first few songs you would see that pop-ish expectations na prejudice natin hearing that they are a pop group. Not to imply anything bad about their mellower songs, it's good actually. Typical hugot songs. But when their company gave them the freedom to compose and produce their own song, that's when they started blowing up internationally. You should hear their song "What?", you'll like it if you enjoyed bazinga

I was not sold on SB19 at the beginning though I like their early songs but i became a fan when I learned that majority of their songs they wrote and co produce. they are really very musical especially Pablo such a gifted songwriter/lyricist and I guess Ken with his solo debut which he wrote and produce too.

I wasn’t into pop before.. but then I saw their Wish Music Awards live performance of GO UP & that was a legit goosebumps moment for me. They’re best appreciated when performing live so I suggest all their ROUND FESTIVAL performances - there are 5 songs (ballads and dance songs). And also their wonderfully produced performances of MAPA, including the MAPA band version with Ben&Ben.

You're definitely right, they got so much hate specially nung nagstart na silang magbloom. They also have similar experiences with BTS since they started from nothing, from 7-20 audiences and performing on small events. They were labeled as "KPOP WANNABES" "NO VISUALS" etc. as in sobrang dami, they were even talked dirty sa GO UP PRESSCON and the questions were really to personal and painful pero these guys are definitely strong that behind all the difficulties and challenges the still manage to fight and now they are representing the country and raising the flag giving OPM the spotlight.

I think every artist when they started, they wud not have “the look” that the people wud like to see. Kc nga starting pa… but look at them now! And as Pablo explained during that painful Go Up Presscon, nobody owns a specific music genre. Ang galing nila sumagot kahit na ginisa na cla ng unprofessional reporters na napaka-walang ethics kung magtanong.

I was an Army since 2014. But I stopped engaging in the fandom since Idol era dahil sa toxicity. But I still support BTS every now and then. Yung sumalo sa akin sa depression (wao deep lol) ay ang SB19. Through their music nabuhayan ako. (Therepist yarn? char) But anyway, tho nakilala ko ang SB19 noong 2019, pero last year lang ako naging parte ng fandom name) talaga. Siguro nasa maling side lang ako ng fandom dati kasi napapligiran ako ng toxic armys and it took a toll on me so I decided to become inactive. Happy na ako sa bagong community na meron ako ngayon. At higit sa lahat, sobrang proud ako sa naging success ng BTS. Siyempre, nasa era pa ako nung wala pang nakakilala sa kanya. Look at them now diba? On the other note, SB19 deserves the recognition. And naniniwala ako na darating ang panahon para mag-shine sila dahil sa talent nila.

Hello. Same with me. BTS was the one who helped me with depression lalo na yung kanta na Love Myself. Haist. but it's true SB19 really deserves the recognition because they are very talented.

I actually like BTS before them because of my daughter. I got to know them first not because of their music but because of their interview that made me curious about them. Because of that interview, they got my respect and support.

Jusko ate once you heard them you can't never back out anymore, Lalo na po kung malalaman mo journey nila. These 5 are very talented both dancing and singing esp when singing lives. I'm a proud A'tinxARMY as well. I've discover BTS at the time they are already popular. I dig deeper and found all the hardship of the boys have gone through. From people who discrediting their talents to criticism. But in SB19,I was already a fan even before the fandom name exist. Mas masakit para sakin yung mga criticism ng mga tao lalo at mga kapwa pinoy pa ntin. Lalo na yung go up presscon nila. Kakaiyak at naka kagalit ng sobra. And now look how they are slowly getting the recognition that they deserve? I so proud of them. For BTS naman,they are already so popular and successful. They recently represented Philippines at Round Asean-Korea Festival. They performed 5 songs live. If you get the chance to watch it, I would recommend to listen with earphones on. They are known for their superb harmonization. Personally, i prefer watching their live performances and each time they do, they elevate the song to another level.

Si Stell & Josh may picture sila together with BTS, during that time they represents our country sa dancing international. Hope can you check LA LUNA by Pablo (rap song), he's the leader and genius lyricist of SB19. Known with their synchronize and sharp dance moves, but actually sets the high standard when it comes to live performances specially singing in ballad, their harmonization its insane. But we genuinely love them not just because of their music, but because of their characters and humble beginnings. The stories behind of each member are really inspiring.

Became an Army in 2017 because of my teenage daughter. Then in 2020 she showed me SB19. First I cringed, but was also intrigued, seeing that they have foreign reactors on YT that had become genuine fans. Later saw them perform IKAKO on the Wish Bus and liked their vocals and natural charisma, which I deem unique and quite distinctive not just among K-Poppers but even in OPM. Got into the SB19 rabbit hole and has not looked back since. In my honest opinion, these guys are crazy-talented as other top-tier idols out there, plus they can out-sing BTS at any given day. I really wish more Filipinos, Army or whatever else, would care to know more about our proudly home-grown P-Pop kings, SB19. Y'all missing gold here.

Hello Cristy, Thanks for this RV and for checking our boys. You are correct! This is s a diss track. It is for the doubters. When they were first introduced kasi, madami silang sinalo na hurtful words, just because they were introducing this type of Pop Music to the Phil. But they endured. Na weweirdohan lang ang iba kasi yung ibang filipino kasi sinusupurtahan ang pride ng korea hindi ang pride ng sariling atin its not just about being an idol alam mo na ibig ko sabihin may pagkadeep kasi hirap e expalian haha. I appreciate that you gave the boys the time of day. It’s enough for me that you have seen what they can do and what the buzz was about when they were trending in the BBHTS charts. They did their debut through a ballad called Tilaluha in 2018, and that showcases their wonderful vocals. But it didn’t kick off their career until September of 2019 when their dance practice video of Go Up became viral on twitter. Bazinga is their response to their haters and doubters. They were already gaining recognition from international fans and watchers, so to reach a wider audience, they decided to make this piece about 95% English, with a few lines in Tagalog. I hope you could watch more of them.

You should watch all of their performances. They can do all genres. Their ballads are amazing, the harmonization is awesome. Each of them can sing, rap, dance. 2 are lyricists and composers. Pablo, the leader, wrote and composed most of their songs, many of which are inspirational. Pablo just released his solo song, "LA Luna," A dark but soul searching song (rap) where he exposed his vulnerability. Ken is the main dancer, he is the one with a very deep, masculine voice. He wrote the music and lyrics of his solo debut song, "Palayo," (a song that is about removing one's self from a toxic relationship) under his real name, Felip. Stell is the choreographer and his ability to sing very high notes is goosebumps inducing. Ken sometimes contributes to the choreography. The one with abs showing is Josh, an excellent dancer and rapper. Justin is the youngest and also is the creative director of some of their MVs. Besides their performances, you should watch their videos from the group's official KZread channel, SB19 Official. They are fun to watch. I Stan this group because they are all multi-talented. Their being handsome is a bonus.

Thank you for this honest reaction. A'tin received a lot of flack by heavily promoting SB19 on BBHTS, but it's all worth it when someone takes an interest in our boys. That means we succeeded in promoting them, regardless of the reception. We can't please everyone. I hope you get a chance to watch their live performances. Justin is the one you said that look like one of the Korean idols. He's mostly mistaken as Heesung of Enhyphen. Looking forward for more SB19 reaction 😊

There's nothing wrong with supporting kpop more than PPOP ang pakiusap lang naman kasi talaga ng A'tin is respect from other filo kpop stans na hirap din ibigay ng iba 😊😊 sabi ko nga dati may purpose tayo kung bakit sinuportahan natin yung artist, hindi lang dahil sa talented sila or sikat sila kundi dahil sa sila yung reason kung bakit yung iba sa atin na overcome yung depression dahil sa kanila 😊😊 kaya go lang po it's okay if you love BTS di nakaka wala ng pagiging filipino ang pag support sa banyaga kami na muna bahala sa SB19 😊😊

Nakilala ko ang SB19 sa performance nila sa Korea Round Festival and sobrang amaze ako sa performance nila. Doon nag umpisa na gusto ko sila lalo makilala kaya more than 1week narin ako nanonood ng mga live performances nila guestings, interviews, vlogs, pati video reactions ng mga local/foreign vloggers😄. thanks for reacting to SB19... si heesung po kamukha ni justin hehehe... tama po ung ibang A'tin pinagpuyatan po tlga nmen para po makilala po ang SB19 worldwide.... SB19 also is a fan of BTS, they used to perform with their songs... SB19 trained under a korean company ShowBT.. but the lyrics, choreography and mv is all hardwork of the boys...

I loveeeeeee BTS and their underdog story, but this group is right there in their level when it comes to talents, as my husband says they have the swag… I watched other kpop groups and I feel like they needed a little bit more of the charisma and swag to be on the same level with BTS… and only SB 19 has the same level of energy and swag with the BTS. So when they were climbing up though I love BTS but I was also sooo happy for this group. Either way, as a fan both their successes is a joy to me. ❤️❤️❤️ plus my patriotism kick in sooo all the more this group occupied a place in my heart. Now my BTS merchs and SB 19 Merchs are stored together in my closet and both light sticks are happily standing side by side. ❤️

Thankyou po, because you try to discover them in your own will. DYK? SB19 Stell and Josh is part of a cover group where they cover a lot of Bts songs. They even met BTS backstage because they won the contest. I think during that time.BTS was just starting too. Comparisons will exist because they do the same genre. They are heavily inspired by Kpop and so as different genres like hiphop, ballad etc. They have different preferences in music and they try to incorporate their knowledge and taste to their craft.. Yes it is true that they are introduced just how kpop groups are introduced. It is because they adapt the Korean intensive training na talagang kelangan din dito sa Pinas.and also they are under a Korean Ent. Company. But after that era when they are starting. They started to make their own music, syempre there is influences pa din, there are references, pagdating sa mga MVs ,pagdating naman sa mga beats more on western hiphop. So far they try their very best to make their own kasi nasa sa kanila ang mata ng mga tao.

I remember before they were starting to have their US guestings, sa ELLEN, James Corden I feel so proud bec as an Asian finally we have representative artists who's making a name Globally. I’ve been an ARMY since 2016 I am a very devoted fan of BTS buying their merch, buying their SM Cinema ticket and watching it with friends. I was not able to buy ticket when they had a tour here in Manila cause I guess that was 2013 to 2015 so I was late becoming an ARMY, so I wasn’t able to see them in person even if I really wanted to. By the way I am not a multi fandom person but I love handsome guys I am really into it. One day BTS taught me a lesson to realized that I do not love artist that will only serves visuals and not that talented at all. Let’s admit it there are a lot of KPOP groups who’s handsomer than BTS cause that’s what was I’m thinking the day when I learned about BTS. I am also an Anime and Cosplayer fanatic so it’s all about beauty for me. I remember that I bash BTS before because of their visual but then when I learn more about them, specially about their struggles I fallen inlove with them all 7. I also realized that it’s all about the journey with BTS that I truly cherished the most. I thought I will never ever liked or love some other groups ever in my life, In year 2019 I found out about SB19 and history happened. Yes! I become A’TIN and I am very, very proud because of that why? because I’ve got this feeling of finally! I can support my own country! it gives me freedom or should I say “independence” it feels like I am celebrating independence day that’s how I felt really. I don’t know why even if there’s a lot of bullshits here in the Philippines I am still proud if my own country. So that’s where my pride comes and the hardships of BTS reflects on how SB19 stablished the Word *PPOP* and that’s our goal for *PPOP* to be known Globally soon it will happen I can feel it. How I felt about BTS and SB19 are the same. I also bash SB19 as well but later on loved them with all of my heart. BTS and SB19 are The Best group that I have in my life. By the way 2 of the members of SB19 already met BTS in a Big Competition in Korea and that is Josh and Stell. Hope to see more SB19 videos from you. Till next SB19 reaction my friend bye! ❤️🥰
