Yeah, even at award shows in the US like the AMAs or the BBMAs, I have read comments saying 'So nice of all those celebrities to attend a BTS concert'! The whole place erupts with fan chants for BTS! 💜💜💜

This performance costed BTS almost 300k$, Worth every penny . No one can beat BTS in terms of performance. This is just an award show , concert is on another level

Jin really was insane. His visual, vocal and dance, charisma is a whole package!

I actually want to thank you, because no one really points out their clear vocals while dancing without accusing them of lip syncing. Many people don't know how hard they work to achieve this

They used to practice around 12-15 hours a day... And also singing while running on treadmill☺

the second performance is pre recorded the first and third are live the third one is traditional korean performance and music for IDOL was played live with real instruments & bts wearing traditional outfits called hanboks

I don't know about that. the cloaked crowd at the end of fake love...swaying back and forth allowed some time also for a costume divestment or change, with cloaks provided them to hide the next section performance. they dropped....athletic jk ran to next set...while divesting himself of the cloak, helpers to get him into the next drape....and an elevator to hoist him up to position....am I leaping with this?

The last performance is their song "idol". And this song is full of their own culture. Everything in that last performance is base on their Korean Culture. Glad that you like it. And yes, they do have a very hard training to achieve that stable voice. They do train 13 or more hours per day for them to perform perfectly. Hardwork really pays off.

Love the reaction. Just a few things: - 2nd performance is pre recorded so they could prepare for the 3rd performance. - In the last performance they are using elements of their culture.

I’m still impressed with this performance until to this day.

did you know after that performance there were 27 millions engagement abt #BTS hastag, and 36 millions engagement abt #JIMIN hastag on twitter. Jimin also received special individual award from Cultural Conservation Society for his traditional fan dance that night.

They trained and practiced for 12-16 hrs everyday for years before they debut even till now.. That's how hard workers they are.. They always give their best till they collapse

They didn't come just for the awards. They came to prove themselves worthy of those awards and made the award show their concert 💜

Also let's watch their performance on MAMA 2016. That was also incredible.

Fun fact: Their training is singing while running on a treadmill. That explains why their voices are stable even dancing that hard.

In the west or award shows it's not unusual for performers to do other songs, or sample them, even in Korean awards people do tributes to senior groups or best songs of earlier years. They don't mean anything bad by it.

Even American award shows where BTS have attended or performed, erupt with fans chants by tons of Army!!!!

Just to note: They are really singing and rapping live and you can even hear the fanchants!

Very mesmerizing performance! But the reason why I fall in love with BTS is their sincerity in their lyrics which they incorporate their own stories in it!!

This was the Melon Music Awards. Korean. The MAMAs (Mnet Asian Music Awards) are even bigger. They take place over 3 days in 3 separate countries. Last year it was Japan, Korea and Hong Kong. BTS performed in Japan and Hong Kong and each show was different. The audience was HUGE.

Be prepared to watch them kill it again at the next awards show. They always have the most amazing performances 💜

Btw, the second performance (Airplane Pt2) was pre- recorded so as you see they fastly changed their clothes and the stage set up, the only live was the Fake Love & Idol. The production you've watched after Airplane pt2. was part of Korean Tradition and Culture. The first part was a Korean lion dance. If you noticed the music in Idol you will hear some background live playing korean traditional instruments which added more festivity atmosphere in their performance. The solo that was performed by the 3J was also part of Korean traditional dance. 3J are BTS dance lines Jimin & Jhope (main dancers) Jungkook(lead dancer) Jhope- traditional drum dance Jimin- traditional fan dance Jungkook- traditional mask dance. Jimin even received an award from the cultural conservation society for his epic fan dance. To add on, what they're also wearing is called "hanbok" a traditional korean attire being used in some festivals and ceremonies. Always love the 3J part (the solo dance of Jhope, Jimin, and Jungkook) at the beginning of the third performance. YASSS BTS The biggest boyband in the world And they deserve that title, since they are really work hard for that.

Kpop are train to sing and rap while dancing,but BTS are different,they sing and rap with a powerful/energetic,fast,tough,fiery,and moving choreo,dance performance live,even hitting a highnote while doing tough choreo because most kpop who hitting highnotes stop dancing and just stand while other member are dancing.

I am from Malaysia..i love all your BTS reaction..whenever BTS performed live, it was hard to take our eyes away from them..they are just so good..their stage present is incredible..not too mention they can sing, dance and rap live awesomely

You'll find Jungkook and V are very good at keeping breath while singing and dancing, and the rappers don't need to keep vocals up but poor Jin and Jimin (the ones that usually need to hit high notes) they definitely have many moments where you can hear them struggle a little but that's how we always know they're singing live. You'll never see them doing lazy dancing either. That's why they're so worth our love.

Actually in the second song “airplane part 2” it was prerecorded so that they have enough time to change for the third song which is “idol”

They train like athletes. You'll be amazed at how much energy they can sustain in their concerts that usually runs for 3 hours. Their concerts are the best and hope you'll get to experience it on their next tour.

I can't wait until you see them in concert. BTS says they have their own style and when I say they put on the best concert I've ever seen. It's not even close. Their concerts are LIT. 3 hours of pure energy. You can't help yourself from singing, dancing, jumping, smiling!!!! It's incredible!!!! You have to see it to believe it. You have to experience it!!! Let me tell you about BTS hard work. because when they are moving on stage, you can't see them sweat but when you see the after the performance they are all one big puddle. sweating like crazy. They work so hard on their stage performances. Jungkook is suppose to have the most stable voice while moving and dancing but I think they all do now. They work out daily. Sometimes when I talk about BTS to people, you can tell they are thinking, "how good can BTS really be?" but if anyone just gives them a chance, they will see why so many people follow them. I love your reactions to bts so much. They have very Hard Training to be Stable Live while Dancing. They Practice for 12-15 Hours Daily to do both Sing and Dance . Some people assume they not sing live how anyone do both sing and dance at the same time. I'm Army for 7 years now Bts Never lipsync always Sing Live they sometime use backtrack for hard dance moves. They trained for years to do this Hardwork pays off

for idol, the original musical arrangement is a fusion of traditional korean + african sound and dance. but in this performance, they arranged everything to be trad korean, from the intro down to the music arrangement, to pay tribute to their roots. 💜

Theses guys work so hard, Jungkook, lead Vocalist, Dancer, Golden Maknae left home and moved to Seoul by himself at the age of 15, all 6 of the boys raised him and did a great job.They do lots of training and the do not lip sync anything. They debut in 2013 and have been going ever since. All 7 of them know each other’s lines and dance moves. Thanks for the reaction! This MMA 2018 live performance is my favorite, I always enjoy watching again and again. And yes, they train a lot for their singing and dancing. I have heard that they trained by running on treadmill while singing to stabilize their breathing. I recommend another live performance “Armypedia BTS Talk Show - No more dream, Just one day, I like it”. You can really hear their vocals and rapping live 💜

Thank you for appreciating BTS's hardworks, crafts and talents. They really work so hard in order to give everyone what they payed for on every performance. They've been like that before and even up until now, despite them being huge, they never laze around. They're still the same 7 hardworking, genu8ne and humble young men that they were back in 2013. BTS always turn award shows into their concerts! 🤣 Plus, these guys are extremely hardworking and practice 13 hours a day to get their performances perfect. Army knows this and love and support them. So if you try to practice singing and dancing like them, in a few years, you might be at their level. No promises though 🤣🤣
