Completely agree with Jed on the anti-trust. Those guys talked about changing the sports but, at the end of it they sold out for a hand job than getting laid. SMH!

The UFC is eternal. There just way to diabolical to try and fight. So don't do it

Media complains about fighter pay more than fighters. If the fighters wanted a real change they would have joined that lawsuit but they didnt. It was a handful that really stuck it out for 10+ years. They win for bringing it this far without the support of active and retired fighters who never helped them

I would be interested in seeing which demographic of fighters complain the most. Is it nationality based? The 12/12 contracts may be worth more depending where you are based. Perhaps I am out of line

It's around 2 hundred grand per fighter after lawyers, not 80. But it's not a million, for which Jed would have settled. Usually in a settlement though, Jed is correct that almost nothing else is conceded. Getting sued once every 30 years, or even once a decade, is for the UFC a reasonable, even favorable, business model.

Some will gain more than others, so it’s not 200k per fighter, that’s if they were all going to get the same after lawyers, but the bigger names will still take the biggest piece of the pie.

It is not "around 200k per fighter" It's going to vary wildly depending on the fighter.

It’s interesting where you can’t get a happy medium. Over 30 years ago Senators were trying to ban the sport, now fighters are seeking fairness and falling on deaf ears. Just yesterday Apple was hit with a lawsuit by the DOJ for being a monopoly. We can only “hope” for similar action in UFC.

80000 $ each over a number of years ? Yeah they sold out for peanuts. But just the fact that UFC clamped down on contracts even more during the process in court shows they weren't worried. 80 with taxes over X years ,man those fighters are insanely poor. Why are these media clowns talking about the Lawsuit like they were an actual part of it? Did they actual support it ? did they go to Dana and dig the hard questions at him all these years ? No , did they ask fighters to join the lawsuit and bring it up every interview. NO . So let the fighters that stuck in it for 10yrs to get paid out because legal fees and years of stress without actual help from fighter didnt help
