It currently targets the closest towers to it, but having more options such as farthest or strongest (based on cost) would be cool. It would also be nice to have it be able to buff mid and bot path alchs

I remember in Battles 1 where a dragon breath wizard was basically a win condition due to it's insane attack speed and damage. If you placed it right, it could solo any bloon, but would need a bit of help with moab-class bloons.

@@turbojax07 Sounds like you were the BTD1 noob that lost to any pro-player. 1 Dragon Breath can't even handle 1 Ceramic in a ton of maps. 3-4 Dragon Breath's can't even handle decent regrow rushes. Wizard is a noob trap, seems amazing but it really isn't, especially the tornado Wizard. But trust me D.Breath is far from a Win Condition lmao.

@@turbojax07 The thing is, what is D.Breath supposed to be good at? It has high attack speed but no pierce. Ceramics? No cause once it pops there's too many bloons for it's low pierce. MOABs? Nah 1 D.Breath can't even come close to solo a MOAB. Groups? Also nope not enough pierce. D.Breath is only decent if paired with the +1 pierce village and if spammed. A single D.Breath isn't great. In fact D.Breath gained multipled price buffs cause it was so bad for it's price.

Dbreath is good for beggining but bad when you progress Wizard is a very good tower overall but isn't good alone I use it for the tornado paired eith some ninjas is pretty good for me

Before my friend introduced me to the Druid strat for chimps, I was SLEEPING on druids, superstorm and druid of wrath are insanely good towers, I mean, superstorm can perms stall a ZOMG????? That’s insane, AND the druid of wrath is absolutely absurd against pretty much any Moab and excels at cleaning up bloons

You underestimate the sheer power of the 2-3-0 druid. Fucker can solo to round 60 with the right set up. (Just Benjamin and a single dart monkey somehow fucking worked. Bloon Trojan carry.) Although it doesn't have alot of late game potential I guess.

i love the attention to detail on the sandbox gameplay footage, making it look like its chimps or giving yourself a believable amount of monkey cash, its the little things honestly.

xx3 Mortar really is a great tower for alternate bloons because of the de-camo and de-fortify this allows cheaper popping options

Id like to say that top path druid can also create regrow farms which is really good to get pops for a paragon great video btw

Honestly the mortar was one of my favorite towers in bt5 because of the elite skill of making mortars act like snipers. It allowed me to clear several maps.

2-0-4 airplane and 2-0-4 Sub are great combo for 80. One takes cares of the Boats at a affordable price. The other takes care of the bloons. Solid combo

XX5 farms also auto collect anything in their radius meaning if you put one near a monkeyopolis and/or top path farms you can auto collect without the use of farmers

here's a tip for primary only extreme maps: all you really have to do is place down a moab glue and three moab maulers, position them right and it shouldn't be too hard

Mortar is actually one of my favorites, i almost always go with the 2-4-0 for half cash and harder chimps maps because it deals more damage then any other tower for that price as long as you are good with its micro

my favorite thing I see literally nobody do is pop and awe with jones. Helps a ton on chimps. To give an example... let's say you're on R98 on flooded valley. While pat is usually the best hero here, If you were to use a common chimps strat on that map like carrier flagship with tack zone and super brittle, R98 will be very close. But since you have pop and awe, you can completely stun bloons for about 30 seconds (use artillery command, the 30 seconds is also an estimate, might be more might be less) effectively killing every single bloon. Also an added bonus for permaspike stall or plasma monkey fan club cooldown stall, though I don't like to use pop and awe that way unless on R99 since the ability is busted in its own right and it has a stupid long cooldown

Personally, mortar is extremely underrated in battles 2.

This is the most well done video I’ve ever seen

What i love about the 502 sniper is thatif it has a 200 vilage and fully bosted from 050 engi makes the sniper monke shot like a 503 insted of 502 and with 050 village it shots even faster

Great video, as usual! Do you guys think there should be a new mode added to each map in which the goal is to reach a round beyond 100, and is also quite diffficult? Otherwise, I don't know when to use paragons except for boss battles. However, the way paragons are used in boss battles is boring. Because they are deployed only at the end to deal damage without having been forced to utilize its tier 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 due to the map. For instance, you want to use heli paragon on bazaar because it is great on that map, and since it will do great damage it will benefit the paragon. But why would I want to use heli at the beginning of a boss battle? So, there is no natural way to upgrade to paragon except by the criteria of its damage-dealing capabilities. Thus, paragons are reduced to dps only, and not technique.

18:55 you can use 2-5-0 druid on balance, where its vines will layer up on the center ring about 16 times at least, and with monkey knowledge can 1 tap the round 100 BAD, including the insides

Also, for the ace, you can get wingmonkey which makes the bomber ace more powerful cause then it goes over the bloons and bombs them, also helps the sky shredder, but for flying fortress, basically does nothing.

Mortar has always been my favourite! I love the fact that you’re just bombing balloons into oblivion

I love the bloontonium reactor. any map where there's water at the start of the track, just pop down a 4-2-0 sub, and never worry about camo/lead/purple again

A tip for the top path glue and alch, for the glue if you are just going for a t3 or 4 go with middle path as the t3 has 1 peirce and the t4 has 2, if you are going for the bloon solver tho, go bottom path because it increases damage amount because it is applied for longer, for the alch you should go for the bottom crosspath for t3 and 4 but don't go for acid pool cuz it distracts it from buffing, if perma brew is ur goal go with middle crosspath t2 because perishing potions increases its strength, in summary go for a 320, 420 or 502 glue and a 301, 401 or 520 alch

This video came up 25 times (with many more to come) in my recommended so I guess I’ll watch it

When it comes to ultraboost, it not only buffs attack speed permanently but i believe it also gives short range increases each use, but the range increases are STUPIDLY good and noticeable on villages if you need more MIB/CtA range or more range for monkeyopolis, making that one of overclock/ultraboost's biggest support strengths and payouts

@@cellianexurianity5021 Repeating myself here. Nope, it only works like that for villages since most villages don't have an attack it can buff. No other tower gets a range buff. This is stated on the BTD wiki and I just tested it in game.

If you get enough boosts on TZ, the projectiles are so fast that the tacks don’t even appear to be moving on slow speed

Totally true in permacharge's case since is one of the most well rounded towers

The Juggernaut is also incredibly effective if you build him in any building you can and then keep him as buffed as you can. I've managed to solo through round 156 and before using a max buffer Ultra Juggernaut by putting him inside most buildings.

If you get elite targeting and put it on a cripple Moab on a boss event it will target the boss which isn’t too surprising but it allows you to target the dreadbloon and ignore its rock bloons, while it helps rid of the boss the rock bloons are still a problem

For those of wonder if the submerge and support is the second cheapest non hero camo detection is because the cheapest non hero camo detection is counter espionage

If you don't want to use multiple farmers you can door gunner a farmer and just set the heli to patrol across the top of all your farms

There is another strength to top path farms, you get massive forearms when spamming them
