Druid is good but you cant compare the two. One is cleanup and bad moab damage basically. the other one can beat ddts and can do insane bad damage and is meh at bloons

It's good, but the great thing about carpet of spikes is the great damage and the fact that's it's dirt cheap for what it does

pirate lord in its current state definitely deserves s tier; its so crazy cheap and strong and can carry even some expert map chimps runs as your main damage until the 80s (and even beyond that with support; i had a dark castle chimps run with pirate lord, brickell, energizer and perma spike with pirate lord being my main damage until the very end where perma spike and a 024 mortar clutched up the late 90s)

Spirit of the Forest should definitely be higher. It causes constant damages all along the track (really helps with cleanup), generates extra cash (1000 at the end of each round, in addition to the ability) and lives (not much value in this, but I have occasionally survived a single moab or ddt sneaking through).

On longer maps, it can solo an infinite amount of everything fortified Moab and down, and on really long maps it can nearly infinite ZOMG’s if you have support It is genuinely one of the best towers and is definitely worth the cost And also the map it matched with is also one of its best maps due to spinning in the middle right next to it

Seriously did you see he cleared the mob no problem while others can’t clear it and he gives them a higher spot. Makes no sense.

Spirit of the forest is S tier. 1-3-0 Druid is amazing and will carry for a long time early game and then 2-5-0 has universal damage and makes money. It’s a staple to a lot of my chimps runs too

Also you can get a couple of x-3-0 druids instead of one x-4-0. Or you can buy literally any other tower that can clear bloons(4-x-x tack shooter for example) Even if x-4-0 druid makes sense, it doesn't for me. Personally, i really like the fifth tier, but the fourth is lowkey bad

Did you know 030 can pop leads. Not many do, it's just slower vs the ( is it 130 or 230?) So I'm assuming 050 could aswell but I haven't tested it in abit

I put 2 on strong (one of them to pop leads so it's quicker so 130 I think because I think 230 is lightning which is just additional help) and then the third 030 on first. Well not long ago I just did it, assuming they didn't get nerfed since then

The bloon solver is criminally underrated, id say its A or S tier because it's super cheap, shoots fast, kills efficiently, and the main downside is a weird crosspath towards it. It disintegrates blimps and is THE ceramic vaporizer

I've been having a blast using some bloon solver strats, but I'd argue the biggest problem with it is that it requires a strong early game anchor to actually get to it as early glue gunners can't really put out much damage, and some substantial support to start really putting in numbers. once it does get rolling, it is pretty amazing to see at least

Well no Biggest one with Burny stuff is much better at ceramic popping, and Bloon solver isn't really that good against MOABs compared to towers that specialize in this. Bloon solver is easy and fun - that's true - but it's not too strong

Glad to see the inferno ring in S-tier. Currently my go to strategy: get 2 tackshooters (upgrade both to 2-0-2), get gwendolyn, get a village to 4-2-0, start getting infernoring, start getting a tackzone, get a 5-2-0 village, level complete

I think total transformation is legitimately F tier. I've literally only used that tower once ever, and that's because I just decided to play a game with the intent of using it. It's the closest tower in the game to being completely useless. Also I think BMA deserves A tier. Any tower that is the absolute undisputed best tower in the game in some general aspect of the game, deserves A tier. Being the best late game bloon popper I think deserves A tier. It's also my favourite tower, and who cares about the loss of money, you don't get any money past round 120 anyways.

Total transformation is not even close to being completely useless. Ability based damage towers always have an extremely high skill ceiling. The damage output you can get with TT5 is insane, especially when you transform 003 druids buffed by poplusts…

@@gistrobaguette7566 My main problem with TT is that it's almost never practical to get, obviously it's an ability based tower so it's not completely reliable but it's also quite expensive and is quite hard to set up and unlike PMFC, it's previous tiers are almost useless so it's hard to build up. Yeah it has decent Freeplay support but still outclassed

I’m honestly really happy you put P.O.D in S tier because it’s honestly underrated by some people, considering the fact that like you said it’s one of the best DDT poppers in the game, and it’s cheaper than other tier 5’s. I also feel like just about every one of your rankings was fair, so good job on that part, you did good.

Elite Sniper is probably the best tower for Impoppable, possible infinite range, can near solo round 63 and generate serious cash by round 80 and buffs any other sniper you get.

Yes you said it what I also think from time to time. The ranking is not only related to the power or cost efficiency - it's also related to the personal preference. And everybody has his favorite towers.

The fact Monkey Wall Street now counts as a wannabe Farmer is such a relieve for boss battles before that I was only using 0-2-4 farms because they were auto-collecting & I’m lazy, but it wasn’t that efficient

In the last or second last update the bottom path mortar got a rework the 0-0-3 can de-camo DDT's without MK now the 0-0-4 mortar uses the monkey knowledge for DDT's de-camo for de-fortifying the DDT's instead now so the bottom path mortar is decently viable for most game's if nothing else is available.

Bless that 2 of 3 tack shooters end up in S tier (with the 3rd not far behind), always been my favorite tower and use them even when I shouldn’t. (That’s also why I use primary expertise.)

Hey Chris I noticed that when you have the sandbox footage of the towers, the bloons music you use for the background doubles up with the in game music and kinda jumbles together a little messily. Made some parts a little harder to listen to.

The bomb blitz and elite defender are very good with Ezili and marketplace if you have the knowledge to heal life with market place.

Your tier list is near perfect if this was a chimps specific tier list(Besides the farms lol). In the context of the whole game, I think some of your lower towers would go higher up (BMA, XXXL Trap, Spirit of the Forrest ex.) But still over all a pretty accurate list.

This is nowhere near a accurate list. Its his personal opinion and thats 100% fine, but objectively the accuracy of the list ends there. Its a great beginner friendly tower tier list for sure tho. Super brittle C tier (one of the strongest damagemultipliers in the game, aswell as de-camo) farms and alchemists in B?? Primary Expertise C tier???(how many strong primary tier 5s is he rating highly? Pierce, range and cdr for those towers is insane..) Overclock D??? Trade Empire D tier?? (The strongest farming strategy in the game) Sabo D tier? Moab glue B??(insanely strong on harder maps) Cripple C tier?? (Anorher big damage multiplier making all other towers do insane damage) Inferno ring S tier?? Perma spike S tier?? Any player not farming easy maps on easy difficulties appreciates the support style or towers and appreciates their srenghts which is insane. Just those those towes alone decredit any seriousness of this tier

@@tp7033Nah I would argue elite bosses is the most difficult, I always find myself beating chimps after a few tries or even the first try, but I can’t beat elite bosses.

I think ray of doom should be s tier easily, and also possibly Bloon crush. And super maelstrom should be d tier. And the merchantman should be b tier. Other than that I mostly agree

The thing with vtsg is that whenever I go late game it’s normally me and my friend sometimes there’s 3 of us so the ability to get multiple is really good

I personally think Super Brittle is A or S since he makes all your towers stronger by making the bloons brittle plus gets rid of camo and lead, and a good choice for boss bloons. Also think elite defender and tack zone should be higher since they both allow early game and late game popping power at a affordable price. There's a couple other suggestions I would like to make but I think this comment is already too long.

I will throw my hat of opinions into the ring about the Avatar of Wrath. I greatly enjoy the tower aesthetically, it's definitely one of my favourites, but I also think that Avatar might be one of the best, if not the best, value for money towers in the game. It is truly ridiculous how much power the Avatar puts out when supported by other druids, and even an unbuffed Avatar is still quite powerful. All for a price that is not exactly low, but definitely not as high as other towers which, while very good in their own right, don't feel nearly as all-around powerful. Maybe the Avatar is brought down by a stigma about him being the 'crutch' solution to a lot of CHIMPS maps (which makes 0 sense to me as an argument. Why not use a powerful option in a punishing game mode that demands that you optimize heavily?) But I really think that he deserves to be at the very, very least in A category. I'm mildly biased; druid is my favourite tower in the game, and I just wish that top path druid was more worth using. Ball lightning is extremely fun and aesthetically pleasing. I share your low opinion of the Comanche Commander for fun-related reasons. It just doesn't feel like a satisfying tower to use. I feel that way about both damage Heli paths, honestly. Purely a personal opinion, I realize that they're all very good towers. I will also say that I think you underestimate Super Brittle quite a bit in saying that it has few usecases. I would argue that it's usecases are pretty much anytime you are using a low-damage, high fire rate tower, which is frankly about 2/3 of towers in the game. It provides a gigantic flat increase to their damage output, easily doubling some towers' effectiveness similar to what a Call to Arms would do, with no cooldown. I am not necessarily equating the two, but I think looking at it as a buff tower rather than a damage tower is a more honest assessment of it's abilities. As a side note, the double-layered soundtracks during gameplay demonstrations were very reminiscent of a stroke, in a funny way.

It’s not that him being powerful makes aow bad, it’s that him being easy to use and one of the defaults for guides makes people massively overrate him when he’s actually a very mediocre tower with many flaws.

We need a updated Hero Tier List now

The chinook plus the perma brew alchemist *chefs kiss* being able to buff every tower on the map regardless of location is extremely powerful. Not least in the amount of money you save not having to put alchemists everywhere and the space savings that come with that too

maybe because i am a newer player who has been fed youtube videos for the past year and seeing the towers you put in low tiers like permabrew and master be used with so much effectivness made me want to rank the towers higher

I know everyone thinks the new boat is so op but honestly he was just trash until they have him a lot of damage. Like that’s just what he’s supposed to do.. I think a good nerf to the boat would just be a simple price increase. Just smack +$5k on the fifth tier and call it a day. Really fun to use now.

I think the 5th tier bank should go in S. Just getting 10,000 dollars every so often is super useful, even in the super late rounds. It’s a reliable and easy way to make a bit of money late game.

But it also pretty much has to be in the same rank as the other 5th tier banana farms-they basically achieve the same result. For example, I played a bit into freeplay today (until round 268) and having placed all three at about the same time, they made quite close to the same amount of money.

The T5 bank definitely wins when playing late game. Remember to put a 5-0-0 sub somewhere though 😉 you will make much more money with that one, than with the other T5’s. If the rounds take longer to finish, you’ll be able to get 20k/round + it’s regular rent on the money you put in there.

In my opinion, tack zone should be as true because if you overclock it and do use the right village and alchemist combo, it literally takes down bads and everything pair that with inferno ring and it is the best

I feel like this list only includes the towers on their own, like avatar of wrath is def S tier, just because when he is buffed with the other druids is so good. Also trade empire is really bad on its own, but you aren’t supposed to have it on its own, it’s so good when you have other boats, some towers are meant to have synergies 😅

I feel like you don't understand just how gosh darn good the top path dartling gunner is. Although being fairly expensive from tier 3 all the way to tier 5, the tier 3 tower can easily take down a moab, and the tier 4 can carry all the way through round 80. Tier 4 has nearly all types of popping power, other than purple, but it has camo and lead, does huge moab damage and has infinite penetration. Then the ray of doom can solo a bad, and although it is a lot better on straight path maps, it overall is a extremely solid tower.

The inferno ring is underrated because the meteor can do 1000 damage with a 5-0-2 and the the fire dose damage afterward. I say this because you said it is bad on the harder maps but if you try it on gears or any of those maps then the meteor will do tons of damage

Super Glue is one of the best in the game. It stops DDT's in their tracks. And lets his support wreck them. He's a must have in every > 80 round game.

I’m gonna input the fact that the Flying Fortress is crazy overpowered in most situations and definitely deserves S tier.

Spirit of the forest is A tier for sureeeeee. A monkey that farms bananas, has global presence, stuns with vines, pops most bloon types. Does consistent damage with infinite range all for less than 40k. Pair him with a tech bot and he can solo carry a lot of easy maps.

What crosspath do you do with a Super Maelstorm? Faster shooting or more tacks?

I feel like the middle path Alchemist needs a total rework. Out of every possible crazy chemical combo they could think of, they made a knock-off Fan Club. Maybe instead of 0-3-0 making Moabs explode, it could create a cloud of gas that explodes on contact with fire or other explosions. Transforming Tonic could actually use it's massive arms to throw large boulders, or leap onto the track and go crazy, instead of being a generic, straight-projectiled, fast-attacking tower with a 2-frame attack animation.

The more i hear about the alchemist being bad, the more i think it actually is bad.... top path is basically a glue ability, middle path is dart ability but more expensive, and bottom path can be used for money... but why? Theres better ways to make money
