I remember having a 250GB Zune and having the entire deadmau5 discography when I was growing up in an orphanage. I love that this is happening. deadmau5 along with Chris lake, BSOD, melleefresh, kaskade have all got me through the darkest times growing up. thank you Joel for doing this

I am right there with you, dude. I had the first gen 32gb white Zune, I loved that thing. I had the Deadmau5 discog on it, too. I also would get ripped copies of TATW and ASOT. I listened to the entire backlog from episode 1. I heard every episode of TATW ever made on that Zune. Good memories

@@laurenpinschannels Nah don't worry. All the new tracks and the mix were pre-recorded since they arranged it so that the EP got released right after the stream was over. I think the stream was just Joel and Steve doing a video call while the mix was playing and them talking about it before and afterward.

Deadmau5 is the frontman but don´t forget on Steve Duda - creater of Serum VST. He is important person just like Joel is. Im very glad they give another great 4 songs to us.

There are two tracks on here I might play in a set, but they sound like any number of mau5's tracks. This album just sounds like slightley altered versions of "A City in Florida" with the synth automation from Ghosts n' Stuff.

Middle of the pacific, USS Dubuque, 2008, ~2am. I'm passing out in my rack after a 4 hour watch. Going to bed background sounds are a choice between ventilation ducts and doors opening and closing, or headphones and music. Album I decided to pass out listening to was "This is sander kleinenberg" CD2. Had picked it up earlier on in the deployment when we were in Qatar, along with One+One and Anjunadeep vol1. So I'm passed out in minutes despite the progressive house blasting away in my headphones...45 minutes later; A part of me wakes up. I'm not awake fully. Eyes closed, aware of my existence, but not here. Just kind of floating. Then BSOD - Game Over kicks in full swing and I tell ya, I was in another dimension for the most of the track. One of the coolest things I remember about deployment lol, and I was in a tiny ass rack 3 in a cramped birthing compartment. Still, It was F***ing Epic. Been a BSOD fan ever since! :)

The first track I ever heard of these two was Milton live in night club in Philly 2016. Steve seemed really happy with the track and I remember it being unique and cool.

Really takes me back to when I first got into making electronic music... It all started with early deadmau5 and BSOD. Ironically, I didn't like them at first, but I sucked ass at making the same music so it slowly grew on me. I still do it to this day and have gotten way better. I've moved onto different genres, but I still do some trance which is close enough to his early progressive stuff.

Fantastic mix for some final exam study time. Real nice with RainyMood in the background for removing yourself from reality. Great work Steve and Joel, truly wonderful.
