Wow how lucky!

When someone asks me what "heroic trumpet" means, I think of this passage.

Honestly 2nd trumpet sounded like he had better projection overall. It may just be the part he was playing though.

2nd tpt slots great on C tpt in this key signature. This mixed with 1st tpt creates some amazing overtones

I’m sure Charles Schlueter wanted it to sound rushed. This sense of anticipation, like the music is alive.

Nice. Schleuter sounds a bit overblown (not as "meaty" as it should be imo) but great nonetheless.
