Hello my lovelies!!!!
In this video, Dazai is Killua.
In this specific AU, Dazai was born as the middle child, in a family of assassins; named Killua.
Upon his birth, it was expected that he would become one of the greatest assassins their family ever had.
At a tender age, Killua was taught many techniques, specifically for assassination which he learnt diligently.
He was assigned missions which he followed out - if he didn’t, the punishment would be severe and his family members sure were good at manipulating him.
Up until the age of 12, Killua continued this routine. Until he got bored of course.
In an attempt of retaliation, Killua escaped his home (minor casualties....maybe not) and set out for the hunters exam. (Definitely not planning on killing his family…)
The hunters exam turned out to be easy and boring (considering Killua is a trained assassin) but luckily his boredom was cured when he met Gon, his future best friend - along with some others (Kurapika and Leorio)
Throughout the hunters exam, Gon and Killua continued their journey and got closer, fighting and winning every step of the way. The hardships only brought them to be closer.
Through the journey, it most definitely wasn’t easy. His family found him at some point, he encountered a pervert pedo and he had a lot of hardships.
At one point, Killua even attempted suicide. But Gon saved him and he realised that he shouldn’t have to die.
That was until, a major fight broke out - even with his supernatural speed, Killua was unable to reach Gon in time. Gon had become stronger, but not strong enough to resist his own abilities.
Gon passed away, leaving him alone.
After his hope had all but diminished, Killua once again attempted suicide.
He woke within the port mafia.
His family had agreed to leave him there with the port mafia’s doctor, Mori in hopes of “teaching him a lesson” and to also create an alliance with the (almost) new port mafia boss.
As Killua was a well-known assassin within the underground of basically everywhere with many people along his back seeking revenge, they figured it would be best to change his identity.
So, upon some orders, Killua, changed his identity along with his thoughts, feelings and emotions to become Osamu Dazai.
With only a hope of death in his life, Dazai found no reason to not comply with missions. It would only hurt more if he refused. Although his experiences within the mafia and under Mori’s care brought a series of bruises, it was what he was used to- so he didn’t mind (He did but he ignored it.)
Dazai continued life in the mafia, just the average everyday bloke, hiding his very extreme overpowered abilities (living in a shipping container 🙁)
That was until he met Oda. Odasaku was a fine man, who like him was an assassin but unlike him, actually thought Dazai was a human. Not a killing machine.
Dazai found himself growing closer to Oda, having a sense of hope he thought was forever lost.
Then, once Dazai had turned eighteen, Oda died.
Another light of hope, blown out.
Dazai was absolutely distraught, but he couldn’t show his emotions. So instead he hid them and found himself following Oda’s words to go to the light. He never did care what side he was on.
Dazai found himself in the agency instead and became a detective on the “good” side of things.
Luckily, he is an adult now, his family doesn't have control over him anymore. And secretly he had only gotten stronger and smarter.
His family would be in a lot of trouble….if they wished to get him back of course.
This timeline is when Dazai has left the mafia and is currently in the agency.
