Aussie pay is higher and cost of living is lower. The cost of housing rentals in N Z is crazy with many rentals being paid in large part by MSD. Be an interesting exercise to get the figures.

Rental is higher in most major cities in Australia, but wages are much higher so if you are working, yes it's more affordable there.

The rentals in ALL COUNTRIES are very high. The cost of FEIGHT are very very high because of the TWO WARS. That won't come down until the wars have finished. I can't see thar happening yet. Two very different countries NZ & AUSTRALIA
