We can get a pass rusher in the draft next year with our top 10 pick. Still hop3 they bring in a starter via trade or cuts before season😊

Happy belated birthday Rashad. On the Bryce vocal part, it’s his first year and he’s learning the NFL system. Just like an office boss, a good one would feel the room before yelling at people. I’ve had vocal bosses who didn’t motivate workers and have had bosses who were less vocal and led by example rather than the rah rah style. It also depends on the person. Some like that over vocal type and some don’t. 🤷🏽‍♂️ I think the better qb’s understand that and know who needs a fire lit up under them and who just needs a few words of encouragement or guidance.

Let the guy move the ball and score some points before we worry about what kind of leadership style he has. His confidence will increase with success.

All this stuff about Bryce not being a vocal leader is crazy. Bryce has the self awareness to understand he has to EARN those stripes. There's a leader in that young man and i think he's just waiting on his chance to earn it and embrace it

That's what I'm saying. I hear on a couple of podcasts talking about Bryce like he should be like Tom Brady in Tampa when he was yelling at his Oline. They expect a rookie QB that had one of the worst first years in NFL history to talk like he own the place or something.🤦‍♂️ Even if he did have a year like Stroud, he still has a lot to learn.

I'm hoping this guy can manage the ball for us but I think that when you see greatness you know it you know you're looking at greatness this guy doesn't shine like that and there's been plenty of players with horrible rosters that have gotten to a team and they have shined I think Cam's are perfect example this dude's not that let's just hope you can get us by like Jake DELHOMME
