Born and raised in Southern California but my Mom and grandparents were rice farmers from the Philippines. They embraced the American Dream and always reminded me growing up how lucky I am to be an American. They taught me country sensibility and when I visit the region where my grandparents are from I'm proud to say the rice farm is still in the family. I may not be a country boy but I've got country blood. American heart with Philippine blood. USA!
