Bryan Adams is a great Canadian singer songwriter from the 80's-90's. He is known for his ballads & he has a unique raspy voice. Bryan has had so many hits such as "Cuts Like A Knife", "Straight From The Heart", "Run To You", "Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman?", "Heaven", "(Everything I Do) I Do It For You", "Can't Stop This Thing We Started", "Thought I'd Died & Gone To Heaven", "Please Forgive Me", "All For Love". He has won a lot of awards for his music.

*The title song of "Robin Hood - Prince Of Thieves" (1991), starring Kevin Costner as Robin Hood. The song was composed by Canadian rocker Bryan Adams, R. J. "Mutt" Lange and Michael Kamen. You can find the song also on Bryan Adams' No.1-album "Waking Up The Neighbours" (released in 1991) and every Bryan Adams "Best Of"- or "Greatest Hits"- compilation since then. The song still holds the record for being the Number 1 of the U.K.-Single Charts for 16 consecutive weeks -- the longest uninterrupted run on that chart ever. It also topped the Europe-wide sales chart for 18 continuous weeks. In the U.S., it topped the "Billboard HOT 100" for 7 weeks, but stayed at Number 1 for 17 consecutive weeks on the sales only-chart. The single sold more than 15 million copies worldwide, making it Bryan Adams' most successful song and one of the best-selling singles of all time.* 🎸🥁🎸💿🎵🔊🔥😈🔥

That really is saying something. Bryan Adams was huge in the 80s. But remembering how MTV wore this song out until everyone was sick of it, I believe it’s the truth.

You owe Lulu an apology. She had the tune and the lyrics down pat. Good job girlie. So proud to be Canadian and know that half of America’s favourite musicians and actors are actually Canadian. If you really look into it, dozens of famous artists, musicians, actors and authors…who become famous in America, are actually Canadian’s who went south because we just don’t have the population or the industry machine to make them famous. Good job ladies….Canada is watching.❤️😎🎸🎶🇨🇦

He is a Canadian Rocker, plays bass, piano, drums and writes the songs. He dominated from early 80s to early 90s, and has so many hits can tour all life, youngs will love this song forever. He has writes hits for others, his guitar partner has been with him for career, so many great guitar solos in hits. Search Bryan Adams top hits, see videos, and pick for reaction after, he deserves more from him, so talented! Saw him in concert 4 times, when he opened and when others opened to him. Look up a concert of him on here and watch, you'll like it much.

Before going solo Bryan was in a Canadian Group called Sweeny Todd ( they had a couple of minor hits but nothing special) He then started his solo career in the Vancouver BC area. If you want to hear something different from his ballad side try listening to "summer of '69" its fun and was one of his first hits.

First saw this young gentleman back in 1983 at JFK Stadium in Philly. I felt bad. He really was living on his "Cuts Like a Knfe" single and people started throwing toilet paper rolls at him. Honestly, I found it quite embarrassing as he was an up-n-comer who really had no repertoire yet. Funny thing is, there were five bands after him who were considered "better" and I believe he outlasted most of them. Great job Bryan - great job ladies on this as well.

I saw Bryan back in the 90's - probably this same tour. But I'm in South Africa - and most artists do these 'world' tours but forget about this huge continent - right in the middle of most maps, called Africa (and I do get that most of people in Africa wouldn't get rock music - but South Africa is different). So I always have huge respect for artists who made their way down here. Really appreciated.

An early 1990s classic. This song was a number 1 hit in nineteen countries and it still holds the record for the longest time continuously at number one on the UK Singles Chart - in summer 1991, it topped the chart for 16 weeks between July 7 and October 27, only finally knocked off the top by U2's "The Fly"! That was an epic summer, with this at number one in the music charts, and both Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves (with this coming from the soundtrack) and Terminator 2 fighting it out in the box offices of cinemas. And the old Wembley Stadium (where this concert took place) was such an iconic venue. The new one may be more up-to-date and have a bigger capacity, but it doesn't have the character that the old one with its twin towers had. Watch the Live Aid concert and the UK half of that all took place in the classic Wembley Stadium.

Bryan Adams is from Canada and broke big in the 80's as part of the 'power pop' trend w/ artists like Billy Squire, Loverboy, The Knack, Pat Benatar, Aldo Nova ... vogue artists w/ guitars playing catchy pop songs... However, Bryan Adams maintained massive popularity until well into the 90's. Bryan Adams debuted in 1980... but it was his 3rd album 'Cuts like a knife' (1983) that broke commercially w/ the hits - 'Straight from the heart' ... 'Cuts like a knife'... His 4th album 'Reckless' (1984) made Bryan Adams a superstar in the 80's... scoring his most popular single - "Summer of '69" 🔥🔥as well as his big hits - 'Heaven' ... 'Run to you'... made it big on MTV and the album sold 12 million copies worldwide. 5th album 'Into the fire' (1987) sold platinum but was a disappointment... w/ the singles 'Heat of the night' ... 'Hearts on fire'... In 1991, Bryan Adams scored his biggest album 'Waking up the neighbours'... co-produced w/ Def Leppard / Shania Twain producer Robert John 'Mutt' lange and the ballad "(Everything I do )I do it for you"... charted at #1 all over the world... The album went 4x platinum w/ the major singles - "Can't stop this thing we started" ... "Thought I'd died and gone to heaven"... and another ballad - 'Do I have to say the words'... 🔥🔥 Bryan Adam's 'best of' compilation album 'So far so good' was released in 1993 and sold 5x platinum in the USA... w/ one new song, another ballad - 'Please forgive me'. His next album '18 til I die' (1996) was another platinum success w/ the hit ballad - 'Have you ever really loved a woman?'... as well as the single "The only thing that looks good on me is you"... However, Bryan Adams' record sales and popularity took a downturn by the late 90's... his 1998 album 'On a day like today' failed to chart in the US and subsequent albums were ignored... However, Bryan Adams has been persistent and still records and tours today.

You probably know many Bryan Adams songs and don’t realize it. “Summer of ‘69”, “Run To You”, “Cuts Like A Knife”, “Heaven”, and many many more.
