You don't have to unbolt the front diff at all ,just have to pull the front part of the drive shaft off and push the drive shaft forward to get it out and you dont have to take the winch out either.

@Brute Performance Why don't have a zerk grease bearing installed in the carrier? It seems it would be a little insurance to pump a little grease in to push out any water or dirt that may have managed to get in past the seals.
