Brute Force 750 Wheel Mod = OEM Rim and BearClaw HTR Tire Upgrade

Putting 2012 + newer OEM Kawasaki rims onto a 2011 Brute Force 750.
Longer wheel studs are needed for these rims on the 2008, 2009, 2010 & 2011 models.

Those brute Force in those years came with aluminum rims on the higher end models. That is a base model. That's why it has steel rims. Also, your problem is not a stud length. It's you're using the wrong type of wheel nut for the aluminum rim. You should be using an acorn style, not a flat base.

Thanks for the comment but I disagree. Both sets of rims in my video are aluminum. And both center on the hub, not the wheel nuts. That's why the flat wheel nuts are used. The first three years of Brute 750 used acorn nuts on stock aluminum rims. Perhaps aftermarket rims need acorn nuts but these rims require the flat ones.

Good looking quad would love to get me some wider wheels or a off set cause I do lots of trail riding I love my brute force but it’s very tippy and unstable I’m like you I like older brute force better head lights and a bumper

Hey thanks for comment! I love the sound of that V-Twin! Turns out the Bearclaws 9 in front and 11 in back rub a bit on front skid plate and exhaust heat shield. I just bent them in a bit and no issues now.
