    As a current law enforcement officer there isn’t really any paperwork when arresting somebody on a outstanding warrant. About 2 minutes of paperwork, so not sure what nypd was talking about their agency is probably a lot different than mine.

    I can relate. From Chicago and had dope issues as well. I can talk about it now but CPD isn’t a joke. They don’t care about your non consent to a search lol. I got into a police chase with them and got away but if I stopped I would’ve been beaten so badly.

    Ian, just when I think I can’t love you any more than I already do, damn it you blow my mind again. Not a stalker creepy chick. I’m just a grown woman who has been through a hell of a lot of similar situations that you focus on with this podcast. Never have I actually cried when watching KZread videos and being a retired kindergarten teacher I have seen quite a few million. You have captured something very special because you already had something so special. Without sounding like some freaky fan girl I’m gonna reach for it and tell the truth. I literally have cheered and clapped after watching your videos. I’m a born and raised West Virginia Mountaineer, who couldn’t get to North Carolina ( anywhere but here) born in 1963 and graduating from HS in 1963 in a town where there were absolutely no other people of any other race than white, Caucasian. Hand to God that’s the truth. The town was named after the chemical industry plants, Union Carbide or Monsanto, FMC that are famous for creating the chemicals that were used to manufacture and produce weapons for WWII. Without divulging any more details I graduated from HS in 1981 with honors and a member of the band and on the majorette Corp and twirler. Our family attended the Church of Christ as most of the town’s population and my father was a deacon and ass was in that church every time the doors were open. Fast forward…. 1982… can you say cocaine, fast or OXYCONTIN??? DIVORCE, and my world as I ever knew it was GONE. To be continued

    I'm going to trial for felony assault on 4 cops when they attacked me right after a seizure. 4 of them couldn't hold me down and I'm literally 5'9 165 pounds. I broke one cops orbital bone. I don't remember any of this. I come to and 4 cops are beating the hell out of me. The body cam is gonna help me cause they clearly attacked me right out of my first seizure. But i know the odds are stacked against me. But I've never had a violent incident and I'm not a convicted felon.

    @@the_roflcakes our defense is literally postictal psychosis. I've got the best lawyer in my city. Crazy you 100% nailed what our strategy is and me getting the best lawyer. We've got an expert testifying. The body cams show me going unconscious multiple times and my family screaming I didn't know what's going on, and I swear on my life I never purposely assaulted anyone. I have no criminal history in the last 15 years and not a convicted felon. No violent history. But I don't trust a jury for shit but I'm not taking a deal because it was a medical emergency. It always bugs me when kids from the suburbs claim to be from Chicago for whatever bullish!t social cachet they get out of it. It’s just not the same life. I’ve never lived in the suburbs, but I went to high school in the suburbs, and the difference is clear and pronounced. Just say you grew up right outside whatever big city and that will save you having to explain yourself later.

    I had a cop put his gun to the back of my head after he slammed me over the trunk and said he hoped my mom died...Napier Field PD close to Dothan Alabama. I wasnt from the area. Was two lanes of traffic, a railroad amd two more lanes of traffic if u can imagine. I thought it was a 4lane with railroad tracks running between them. Figured it was two lanes running obe direction and two lanes across the tracks running the opposite direction....it wasnt! I was the only car on the road it was late at night. Cop got behind me and came to the car with gun drawn cursing at me and hollering. Pulled me out tje car, put his gun to the back of my head pressing it in. Then told his partner to watch me and to shoot me if i moved..then he proceeded to seqrch my vehicle without even asking me. Gave me a sobriety test which i passed, because he thought i was drunk. Told me he wished a drunk driver ran into my moms house and killed her ! All i did was make a innocemt mistake. He was trying everything he could to get me to act up so he could arrest me. They gave me like 4 tickets amd let me go. I regret to this day not suing that fucker and the PD he worked for. Napier Field PD in S.E Alabama houston county, if u ever see this FUCK YOU!!!

  • @the_roflcakes

    @the_roflcakes

    10 ай бұрын

    No real consequences? Lol the only privilege I ever had was having the money for a good lawyer. The entire time I was in the system I was paying insane amounts of money to the state, drained all of my assets on attorneys, stayed on probation for over 5 years without being able to leave the state, license was revoked, was in and out of jails around the state, got smashed by those cops. The justice system revolves around money. If you shell out the cash to pay for lawyers you avoid prison. That's just the reality. Got lucky the last time or no money in the world woulda saved me. You should know watching Ian of all people that privilege ain't a thing. Poor dude didn't deserve anywhere near the time he got.
