I’ve had the pleasure of training with Justin on multiple occasions. His workouts have a special way of kicking your ass 😅 with that being said, his knowledge and programming are INSANE. Doesn’t matter who you are or your fitness background, you will get some insane results.

All of the static holds and partials remind me of a reformer workout. I’m very curious to see how this translates to your results vs more traditional heavy lifts
I’ve been blessed to be a “student” in the Built Better school with Justin and Team. His training protocols and programming are result producing, period! MMA and want more striking power? I was wondering if you can help me out. I built my legs up in the last six months, but I'm ready to try cardio to start cutting body fat. I want to keep the muscles I earned. I keep hearing from people that if I do cardio, I will lose some of the muscle, and in the past, I did too much cardio and lost most of the muscle I earned. Can you tell me the perfect treadmill setting to lose fat? Such as the incline, speed, how long to walk, and how many times a week.

I see the benefit for 2x a day and separating the muscles groups in between but man the mental toll it would eventually take on you I just couldn’t see doing it consistently. No matter how much you train the most important aspect of training is rest. Every body and mind needs rest just as much as it needs physical reps.
