Belgium is a fascinating country. Super dense and urban yet still possessing a lot of natural and man made beauty. Brussels is an odd and unique place. It reminds me of Berlin, it feels more like several different cities stuck together. The shots from this video are mostly from the Grand Place/Grote Markt , which is grand and imperial but there are ultra modern parts of the city, like where the Berlaymont is. As well as working class and brutalist areas too. Areas like Schaarbeek and Molenbeek were once very posh but now are populated with working class Arab immigrants, who give the area its own flavour too. Its like every district of Brussels is its own city. In Schaarbeek, where my ex lived, it seemed like every house was a different style. Her mum was Moroccan, and directed me to all the fascinating markets and shops run by Belgian Arabs. As a native of Scotland, I was overwhelmed by the colour and spices! I used to date a native of the city who I met in Glasgow so I visited quite a bit in past. I was there for at least 4 months once. Its a brilliant city bursting with life. A lot of people I have met say negative things about Brussels, saying Belgium as a whole is urban and boring but I found it a brilliant city, filled with diversity and culture. The immigrant parts, the posh parts, the imperial parts, all contributed to the uniqueness of the city. Also some of the best food in the world is Belgian! You cannot lose! If you are in a poor area, you eat from the absolutely brilliant Congolese or Arabic takeaways. If you are in the posh bits you get steak, moule et frite, chocolate fountains, blue cheese, waffles and all kinds of Belgian bliss! Not to mention the beer and coffee..... Ooooft. Sorry for the rando comment! Just love that city. Continue doing what you do Belgium. I love it! Definitively visit Belgium if you get a chance. Its well worth it!

Ten days ago, I arrived in Brussels. The first European city i've ever met. Loved every single moment. It will always be a special place for me. :)

from my experience ı can say brussel is far more beautiful than brugge.

I was in Belgium and stayed for two months. I was impressed with the culture of the city and the state in general and the architectural designs in Belgium considered it the most beautiful in Europe and the Belgian people are very nice and I hope to visit again and finally the potatoes in Brussels restaurants are very delicious I miss it 🤣🥺💔

I remember I went to Brussels, Belgium 🇧🇪 with my father in spring 2009 and we had a good time over there. It's a beautiful city. Hello from Ireland 🇮🇪

One of my dream places. It’s been years that i’m planning to visit Europe but always being cancelled. I booked a flight next spring, and after seeing this video, there’s nothing that could ever stop me on my goal. Thank you for this video. Europe is amazing. 😭❤️

beautiful! I have a lot of influence from this channel for my videos, just don't have a RED and still don't have 4K gear, but filming cities and nature has always been a thing I really enjoy. I want to visit this place in the future, thanks for the ride! Question: I think I saw a drone shot, I thought you guys had drones to film, is it hard to get permissions for this in Europe or why are there not many drone shots?

Part of our mission is to inspire others to create and follow their life long dreams :) We do have drones that we use to film and yes, it can be difficult to obtain the permits in some areas, but it also relates to our creative vision..sometimes we feel that drones won't give us the shots that we want for our videos.

Too bad you didn't include the 'Cinquantenaire' park and arch! It is 10 times as impressive as the Brandenburg gate in Berlin. Nevertheless, awesome video! Brussels is fantastic.

Aww now I wanna go back to Brussels. Does your camera do 4K in 60fps? Not necessary since you already pan slowly and set it to calm, slow music, but it's an idea. Usually 60fps just makes it feel more like you're actually there, but to be honest for the first time I can't tell if this is 30fps because it's so crisp!

I visited Brussels yesterday, and it feels so proud to watch the things you've just seen in real life :D Though I thought the video was repetitive at times and gave too much footage to town square, other places in Brussels could have been covered too, such as the Royal palace :)
