as a kid used to fish of the footbridge between the beach and the park/camp grounds and of a road bridge out side of town great for flathead and the festival of Fish and Chips at chrisse was great for us holliday makers they should bring it back woodchop and fishing comp's with the carnival

I have been fishing Just on that Spot the old Malaysian Men was fishing, i habe seen hin there, and there was another very friendly Guy who Always came there during night time, we caught many nice big Fisch, Like Tailor, massive flatheads, and He caught His First big King Fish when fishing with me. I believe it was about 2013 best wishes from Germany

Crazy to read this comment. Im from Germany to. Fished there in 2017 . Australia is so Beautyful loved the fishing there. WE caught flathead Taylor and a Lot of other little Pan size fish. Now im Back in Germany and i miss the aussie Lifestyle. All the best to you Guys.
