Ya know what, hell, after going through these comments I might as well get my darkness out as well. I'm currently 22 and have lived my life wanting to be more than nothing. That's hard to do when nearly everyone tells you that you are nothing. I had thoughts in the past of ending and recently I tried. I moved across the states to be with my mother I've never met who has been through worse than me, I can say I am getting better. I relate to this song so much because back in middle school when I had no one, I used to stare at the Moon all night for warmth. At some point I started to hear my big brothers voice, which was interesting cuz he died a year before my birth. I, for the longest time, felt like I stole his life and am just fucking it up, but my mom is helping get past and is the most anyone has ever done for me. I can't wait to find my happiness and I just want other people to find there's too. Thank you for reading and I hope you get the same help I do for your own troubles. If you need help loving yourself I'll be here :) Stay frosty peeps

+Maddison Hewett Maunder He was murdered on September 12, 2015 . He was stabbed on the chest. I feel awful because the day before he was killed we got into an argument. I ended the call by saying to him "I hate you and wish you were die." and I guess my wish was answered.😔 I honestly didn't mean to say that to him but I guess my anger got the best of me and made me say that. When I was informed by his mom on what happened I literally felt half of me die. Every night I look out to the moon because when we would be far away from each other we felt like the moon was reuniting us together. 😢

I m in a long distance relationship and he is always busy with his work and his chores, but i always think about him no matter how hard was my day. Even if we talk i little i still have a feeling that i want to hear more from him, that we are talking but we aren t listening to each other. Usually i would go through my phone looking at old photos and remembering memories even if i know that he doesn t do that with me. He is probably sleeping and i cry in the middle of the night. It s hard to feel deeply and to have a person who don t reciprocate your feelings but you can t help loving him.

Me and my grandad used to listen to this song in the car when we travelled singing at the top of our lungs. Last year he passed away and everytime I hear this song I think of him. He was my favourite person and he’s gone. I loved him so much. The first line gets me so much “I know you’re somewhere out there, somewhere far away. I want you back” I know he will always be there with me. I miss him so much 😢💙

I had a friend who lived in my building. His name was Maaz. He passed away. He didn't come to school for 2 years and I used to play with him but I didn't see him at my bus stop for 2 years. One day, I came to know he passed away. He was a cute, naughty friend of mine and he also had a cute little brother. Many rumors were there - ''He got Nipah virus'', ''The RBCs and WBCs in his body reduced.'', ''He was sick and died'' etc. I didn't understand. Why didn't people think about the parents who would go through so much pain in just clarifying how Maaz passed away. SO MANY QUESTIONS THEY HAD TO ANSWER..... His family doesn't live in my building anymore but it would be really sad for the parents and Maaz's younger brother. This video reminds me of Maaz. He is in a better place now. May his soul rest in peace.

It's been a few months since he left me. Well, we met for like 3 years then he suddenly acted all weird and distant from me. I still remember it, it was a week after my birthday he suddenly said that he has enough and left me without a trace. So, I was kinda felt a bit sad and in the same time, disappointed because all this time, I gave him what He wanted and he just left without saying goodbye. I kept telling myself that the reason why he never say goodbye to me was because he'll come back. God, and here I am, waiting for him to come back and listening to this song without any doubt.

I started listening to this song in a happy state of mind, then I read the comments...its so depressing man, the world is full of fake sadness and can't look at the positivity the life has to offer. my parents died when I was a little kid, yet I survived because of the all the goodness left in me and the people around. its not the end of the world yet, look at the brighter side, cheer up.

I had an online friend. I used to talk to him all the time. We shared lots of experiences from our childhood and everyday was like a dream come true. Apparently, one day he just disappeared and I don't even know what was wrong. He ended our conversation. From that day on, I didn't know where he was. I don't know his name, his physical appearance, where he lives etc. He left me 10 days before my birthday. This thing happened, 2 years ago. During my Neargroup addiction.

my great grandmother was just diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. she’s only 73, turning 74. she’s definitely not in a state that’s bad, she still functions normally and can remember things. but this song makes me think of the future, and eventually when she’s gone. i know, as with just the disease, that at some point she won’t remember my face or my name or the times we shared together. and it hurts. i just know I have to cherish all the days I can spend with her and make the most of them. i felt like for my own benefit I had to write this comment, and it made me feel a bit better. to anyone dealing with anything similar, or anything at all, I wish you the best. you’ll get through it.
