I watched the concert last weekend and no phones are allowed anymore. We were given a locked pouch to put the phones inside and to be unlocked upon exit. It's better because all eyes are on the stage and no distracting bright screens.

OMG! Do they already let in with a cell phone? Record?

This was a show from 2016 when cell phones were allowed. It wasn't until 2018 when phones were banned at Bruno's residency shows in Las Vegas.
