I feel like Bruno is so under appreciated in the music industry. There has never been a time when I watched him performed that I haven't smiled ear to ear and felt an immediate mood boost. Such a gem of an artist.

@ElvarMasson Underappreciated is definitely a word, but okay. Lol, I'm allowed to have my opinion. There's a lot of top selling artists that I believe are underappreciated. Compared to a lot of the hype and play that so many artists that aren't half as talented as he is, it's my opinion that he doesn't get as much notice as he should. Sorry that my opinion bothers you so much 😂

Love this song by The Spiral Staircase from the 60's. This is the only cover I've heard so far that sounds as fabulous as the original. Would like to hear Bruno and his band do the song in its entirety some day, sounded incredible.

Nor were they trying to be. lol. C'mon now. This was a tune that they used pre-show to check mic volumes, etc. The DJs overheard it and asked them out of the blue to sing it on air. Not bad, I'd say, for a sound check "ditty" they never intended to be heard by an audience.

Sorry, as good as he is, this can’t come close to the original composition in cool arrangement, driving beat and style…I would like his band to do a more complete cover of this classic…in the original, it is a not a lounge jazz feel…it is a powerful rhythm shuffle with strong bass line and horns, more like “Heatwave” by Martha and the Vandellas (Motown)…

I like Pat Upton’s better.

I like Brono Mars but he messed this up big time, He went without any rhythm heads first and went with fast a pace and had no feeling for the girl he was obvious serenading this song about her!

Messed up???? lol. You do realize this was a snippet of a tune the guys used off-air to do sound checks of mic volumes, etc. The DJs overheard them warming up and put them on the spot to sing something they never intended or arranged to be heard on-air. So sorry they didn't have the tempo or "feeling" you were looking for. I thought it was very cool of them to be game for the out-of-the-blue request. And they sounded pretty damn good.
