One of the best players in the premier league last season, but wasn't rated as he didn't get as many goals and assists as he has in his best goal scoring years. But when he was getting 27+ goals a season (world record for a midfielder in England), people were equally making fun of him for stat padding. World class players like him sometimes can't win!

@@tombrady5587 Who hates a personality like Robertson, I don't think he is hated by rivals ...I am a united fan ,I simply don't like Liverpool fans ,besides Nunez is the only player someone can claim to be hated ,rather he is criticized ,if he improves on his finishing.. personally I think he become a poacher !! So most rivals don't hate players ,rather they banter their fans!

@@simbaorina7228 Many hate Robertson. It's similar to Bruno. With Bruno, rival fans hate him as he's passionate and complains a lot. People hate Robertson as he's often a nasty player who does some bad tackles and gets in opposition faces.

Not really. He is good but not superb. If this your definition of superb then your standards are very low. Superb are De Bruyne, Giggs, Scholes, Beckham, Henry, Xavi, Iniesta, Salah etc. Increase your standards.

A player of his caliber and with his commitment to the shirt and sense of responsability (he takes a lot on his shoulders) should finish his carreer with loads of trophies. Sadly, it doesn't seem like it will be the case. I agree with Utd fans that say ETH has improved the team......but I must say I'm very dissappointed in how the flow and build up of the team has NOTHING to do with his old Ajax team. I don't think Utd are improving in how they play, in posession. It's always strong defense, a counter here or there, with a moment from one of the talented players.
