WellBasicallyClub I like how Fierce Fight acts as a mirror to this song. It’s basically Diavolo’s battle theme. Bruno is such an opposite to the Boss in terms of morality, so I find it interesting that the leaders are an Yin and Yang in terms of their themes.

@You saw Nothing Fugo was, according to Araki, booted because the story tangent he had planned for him was a reminder of bad personal experiences he had, and didn't want them to taint his work. Allegedly, Fugo was going to be a traitor spy sent by Diavolo to execute the group when given the order. The theme of treason and broken friendship pushed Araki over the edge and he built up the resolve to not only sacrifice that story arc (in benefit of his own mental state), but also the rest of what Fugo could have been. He later on gave Fugo his own entire dedicated story, but that's a different topic.

i think the softer electric guitar parts (the ones like the one at 2:07) contrasting with the hard rock-ish style of the rest of the song really expresses brunos nature well, the softer parts represents his true welcoming, selfless, and providing side of him, while the hard rock represents his overwhelming power on the battlefeild

He also has a slow, mellow theme that shares the same motif as his battle theme. It plays at two notable points: during his conversion with the two old ladies seeking his help and when his soul ascends to heaven. The music tells Bruno’s very compelling story arc: the conversation with the old ladies reflect his deepest contradictions: he works for the same crime organisation that flood his beloved hometown with drugs, and he know that the only way to save his hometown is to topple Passione. This conversation is Bruno’s journey’s start, and the same music plays at his journey’s end. He is finally at peace thanks to Giorno, as he is no longer conflicted for being the part of the machine that ruins his home. He took action thanks to Giorno’s resolve, and his soul is no longer “fated to slowly die”. It’s important to note that the death he refers here is not his physical death at the hand of Diavolo in Venice, but his spiritual death because of inner turmoils that has been a long way coming since he started working for Passione. What makes bruno my favorite character in jojo was that he was not only responsible and respectful, but his loyalty rivals even the joestars. He killed criminals that tried to hurt his father as a young age without hesitation and when he died, he didn't use the borrowed time he got from golden wind to restore or save himself, but carry his team and make sure they succeed. Even going against his own boss when Trish was taken, he let himself get brutally hurt and did what he could to save her. The dude even sacrificed himself to put everyone back in thier bodies without any fear. And he not only had one of the most unique stand abilities in the series, but was so damn good at fighting. He didn't just let his stand fight, but himself as well. Even learning giornos zipper arm extend as his own attack. The fact he made zippers be so damn deadly and tricky makes him one of the most unorthodox fighters in the series. And his stand rush is one of my absolute favorite in the series. Ari ari ari ari ari arrivederci I'll miss him since he was just so damn cool.

Damn, finished Part 5 (along with all the other animated parts) for the second time and I'm sad that we won't get another Bruno. Cool ass theme, stand, character design, story and motive. He's just a mother cheering on his son on his journey to end drugs while caring for his 5 other kids. Then when the first few episodes and tracks aired and eventually the 1st ost Overture, man those were good times.

It's also in a commonly used OST track that currently isn't named/released. Used in a bunch of scenes including but not limited to Giorno and Bruno's tram fight and the Ghiaccio fight. Despite the latter, I think it's mainly Bucciarati's thing.

Because it's not Giorno's theme. The main beatdown themes are the main themes of the part. The soundtrack names reflect this. Stardust Crusaders ("Jotaro's" theme), Diamond Is Unbreakable ("Josuke's" theme), and Il Vento D'Oro/Golden Wind ("Giorno's" theme). Those are the track titles in the OST.

@@benjaminmcneil574 but it shouldn't be the only finisher. Narancia kills formaggio, Fugo kills Illuso, Mista kills sale etc. All of them use vento di'oro. It makes every characters victory feel the same. The reason Bruno killing pesci is so good (aside from the stunning animation and the interesting utilisation of his power) is that it isn't vento di'oro playing in the background
