I just realized that Bruges means "bridges" in Dutch/Flemish... and it totally makes sense! As a child I believed that this lovely, medieval city was the homeland of all the witches in Europe. Why? Well, I'm from Argentina and in Spanish the name of this city sounds equivalent to the word "witches" [brujas]. Either way, Witches or Bridges, it's still a magical place to me ♡♡

Bruges remains one of the best and beautifull places i've even visited in october 2019. Unfortunately, i visited it for only one day since i was staying in Guent which is very near to it. It was a mistake from me since i liked it so much and i think it deserves more than one day to enjoy it. After watching your amazing video, i really wish to visit it very soon. Thank you.

I love going there leading up to Xmas with it's buildings wrapped up like presents with gigantic red bows.The ice rink and Xmas markets just wonderful!

Visited Bruges exactly before this pandemic in December 2019, Loved the Xmas market at Grote Market with Super music and songs playing. After seeing this video i feel there are lot places still to discovered in Bruges. Thank you

Yes, Brugge is absolutely beautiful, I have been there several times. What bothers me is that it has become too commercial and too touristic. Half of all this would do, because the atmosphere, the authentic Brugge, has suffered. Maybe it's better to visit Brugge outside of the vacation period.

Yeah I live here, people walk up to me asking me what time does it close, lol like never ok! The bridges dont magically go up at night haha! in weekends it even gets lit here 👌🏻

Don't make the same mistake we made. Plan at least two full days in Brugges, three would be grate to enjoy also museums and beer.

Als je de bomen wil zien, dit kan je door een wandeling rond de stad op de vestingen. Dan is er ook nog het Begijnhof en enkele mooie parken. Je kan niet alles zien in één video.

Bruges Is word of Albanian Language, Bruges meaning of the word , in Albanian BRUGES=BREGES, in Inglish BRUGES=SHORE. Bruges city built on the shore of the water.
