I have multiple close family friends that are fire fighters and there are protocols for stuff like the fire and definitely some attempt should’ve been made. It was also a massive blunder from the dispatcher, very clear that she was poorly trained and I read an article saying that she didn’t make it known to the fighters on scene there was somebody in the house until it was too late.

Yeah I thought that had to be the case. Not notifying the firefighters someone was trapped and focused their attentions on the bigger issue.

Dispatchers like this should be arrested she got that woman killed acting slow 🤦🏾‍♂️
