I just love how his "sausage biscuits" also have bacon egg & cheese Talk about a nap after breakfast.

Found this channel a few weeks ago and it has rapidly become my favorite griddle channel. Could listen to stories and watch all day! Did my version of the Cajun Fried Rice last night and Bruce you're so right, just have to play around with the food. Turned out great, thanks for the inspiration to give stuff a try! Heads up with the cheese you are using. Kraft cheese is only 51 percent cheese the rest is plastic. The FDA only requires cheese manufacturers to use 51 percent. Buy Sargento or other your that is not wrapped in plastic sheets.

First time I’ve seen someone cook bacon worst than CJ.
