Nice, never seen some of the pics before, G.o.D is my favorite Bruce Lee movie. You can tell Bruce was a very hard working man even behind the scenes, he had a solid cast and crew around him. Hey Charles this might sound like a very pretentious and a materialistic question but have you ever considered getting a hair transplant? Maybe in Turkey, you have a great face and I think it could increase your appeal and aestheticism for the camera. Just a thought, I think you'd look great.

I have lived in Turkey before but I did get my HT there at a clinic called Cosmedica run by Dr Acar, a lot of reputable people go there, I think you'll be fine by paying 4K or something, a little secret, if you pay by cash (Euro) only they won't charge you taxes, but if you pay with a card they will charge about 15% taxes and it'll cost more. So if you go there come prepared. But if you decide on Bosley that's ok too I guess.

Awesome !! I remember when I got that movie incomplete in VHS format, it was disgusting but many years after I got a video from KZread adding extra footage long , was really impressive sadly without ending due to his death, watch all of this make me blow away of emotions ....thanks Damiano !!

I definitely belong to young Bruce Lee fanbase, I'm only born in 1989 and saw 1st Bruce Lee movie in 2002, which was Way of the Dragon (1972). Here in Finland all Bruce Lee movies are banned under 18, so I bought Enter the Dragon (1973) in 2007, when I was 18. These days I have almost all Bruce and Brandon Lee movies, I have even Cage II (1994) with Lou Ferrigno and Shannon Lee.

There is no greater inspiration to a human being then observing another human being who is being totally and completely themselves. Not cluttered by the endless thoughts which dull the human spirit but every moment of every day they are in fueled with enthusiasm and they take action. Bruce Lee as we know was one of these rare individuals. But that is by no means to say that we aren’t. And he definitely wasn’t saying that look I’m much better then you are. He was saying don’t quit no matter what. You can do anything you set yourself to do. Skies the limit baby.

Great video. Some fantastic photos. Funnily enough, I like the ones of Bruce being thrown around , as it was very rare to see Bruce on the receiving end to that extent, and even then, his technique and ability are exemplary. There will always be a fascination with this film, no matter how many documentaries, because of what might have been. I always wonder how Bruce was feeling the day Fred Weintraub turned up. Some say and I believe also that it could’ve been Bruce’s finest work if completed unfortunately will never get a chance to see the final product unless AI puts it out and creates the actual storyline that Bruce Lee wanted to go with. Game of death was the last film of Bruce Lee released in 1978. But it was not least in any aspects. The original plot initiated by Bruce Lee when he was alive underwent significant changes after his death. Similar to that of his other movies Bruce Lee left no stone unturned to punish his opponents in this movie also. In this movie some scenes were taken after Bruce Lee's death they were seemed to be reflections from the movie ETD. I am eagerly looking forward to watch the rare footages of this movie this Friday morning.

I try to find dramatic and inspirational music that would complement Bruce Lee’s action photos and footage and try to put together an entertaining film with some dramatic music. Like I told you my friend I would never lie to you and I'm glad that you agree with me Bruce Lee wife Linda took all the pictures all of the clothes shots right to the very end and you right it would have been amazing amazing to see the outcome of that movie Bruce Lee in Game of Death Bruce Lee only shot the scene with the Japanese Kareem Abdul-Jabbar also the same with choco sticks Linda was right there to the very end also in Game of Death his duplicate that played his part of Billy Rowe he was okay but they could have found a better person

Larry totally agree. They probably could’ve found better doubles to play Bruce Lee in that movie. It totally makes sense that Linda was filming those outtakes. Nice collection of photos & footage, Charles! It's interesting seeing shots of Ji Han Jae throwing Chieh Yuan's character around knowing now that Whang Ing Sik was doubling for Yuan in some shots, I'm guessing Whang was just more accustomed to taking falls for his teacher, Ji Han Jae. The shots of Bruce & crew members apparently pulling (?) the camera man seated on the mattress are interesting, too, I wonder if they just didn't have a dolly available? Hong Kong film makers have long been known for their ingenuity, using whatever (& who ever) they had at hand to get the job done!

The mattress pulling trick was also used to film the dancers in an upward angle while moving during the "Night Fever" dance in Saturday Night Fever. I've seen a behind the scenes photo of the cameraman sitting on a sheet and being pulled along the floor. There is now an extended version of this scene where they use the same angle again later in the dance. It was such a simple way of getting a great shot.🎥🕺

I know many don’t like GOD but I love it, great fight scenes even before Bruce shows up. Even better watching the version with Bruce’s war cries dubbed in. There are the dodgy scenes with the cardboard cut outs etc. can you imagine what they could do today with AI images and voice technology. I watched a video recently on KZread and it was a AI generated Bruce complete with his voice explaining what happened while he was filming GOD. It was surreal to hear what sounded exactly like Bruce. Lone Wolf, they can do an entire movie in AI on the deck and it would be incredible. Hopefully one day someone takes on that project. I feel the game of death could’ve been Bruce Lee best work if he completed it. Lisa yes some feel GOD would have been his best work if completed by him! We would have gotten so much more from Lee if he had lived. Supposedly Warner Bros signed him to a 5 picture deal after ETD. Always enjoyed this fight scene. Apparently Bruce was disappointed with it, but the only source of this comes from a meeting Bruce had with Doug Palmer in Hong Kong soon after filming. The use of classical music certainly added a new element to everything. Really enjoyed the new experience.😁🙏🐉🎼

@@CharlesDamianoBLC According to Doug, it was just the Ji Han Jae fight. May be due to the fact that Ji had only recently started acting and perhaps Bruce felt he wasn't as good an "on screen" fighter as he expected. Bruce made Bob Wall look good although as O'hara Bob didn't get much of a chance to fight back. But at least in Game of Death you do get a chance to see the opponents style before Bruce gets the better of them.👍

There was supposed to be a wooden pair used on screen. So these could have been the ones Bruce casually drops on the floor. A wooden pair owned by Bob Wall was also up for auction some years back. But they had a x head screw in the middle of them. So I doubt that they were genuine.
