Can we all just appreciate Chai's amazingly beautiful character? Inside and out, I mean. Not only is he not just a calm gentleman even if he had all reason before already to get angry and show who's boss, but he did not let his men do the dirty work for him and is instead the one to bitch-slap others out of their haughty attitude. I LOVE that so much. Especially since he slapped them instead of punching them, that just makes it overall more sophisticated and demeaning to the other party. X'D

Tho in general I think him showing up is just 'convenience', since in fiction powerful characters often just show up to help out when the situation is dire and it would be most impactful. X'D Maybe he'll get his own series? I would love that anyway, he's quite an impressive character after all.
