Gorg beverage! For the future, matcha is best not stored in glass since it deteriorates the teas nutrients and vitamins. It lasts wayy less time than if stored in a cold place in a sealed non-glass jar. Consider in a fridge in the original tin jar that they come with at times. The tea is kept fresh this way up to 2 months!

tip: dont whisk your matcha unless you use normal dairy milk. if it's oat or almond milk you can skip the process. and dont use cheap matcha :)

- Whisk your matcha on a warm water. About 2g matcha and 70-90 ml of water. Because it is traditionally the way to do it. - You can skip the milk because traditionally it is a drink that's like an espresso shot, but in tea form. - Use ceremonial grade matcha, if you used the culinary grade one it is likely to be the sweetened version because it's the one used in most matcha desserts. Highly recommend the one from Uji, where it was originated.

don't use metal when you are mixing matcha at all. when you are picking it up with a metal spoon from the container, you make all of them lose color and maybe its smell and taste. that is why your matcha isn't a bright green, and looks muddy. that is exactly why they use wooden products, you can use glass spoons as well since that is what your channel is about.
