Brothers Of A Feather Driving Wheel

Музыка

Just came up on the midnight special
Hey, how about that
My car broke down in Texas
she stopped dead in her tracks.
Just called to tell you that I need you,
Just called to tell you how I feel.
I feel like some old engine that's lost my driving wheel.
I feel like some old engine that's lost my driving wheel.
They took my money on the night train north,
what a terrible thing.
I gave my promise that I will be there with you,
by saturday night.
I want to tell you that I need you,
I need to tell you how I feel.
I feel like some old engine that's lost my driving wheel.
I feel like some old engine that's lost my driving wheel.
You can't say much in a phone call, baby
You know how it is.
I have to tell you one sure thing,
won't you listen to this.
I want to tell you that I love you, baby,
I want to tell you just how I feel.
I feel like some old engine that's lost my driving wheel.
I feel like some old engine that's lost my driving wheel.
I feel like some old engine that's lost my driving wheel.
Some old engine that's lost my driving wheel.
I feel like some old engine that's lost my driving wheel.

Beautiful song written by a Canadian in 1970. A song that touches my heart. You see, I'm the old engine that got tired of untruthful relationships and found a woman who became the driving wheel I lost.

I too went to a Tom Rush concert in '70. Needless to say some of his songs are a little sad. At one point, in the middle of one song, I looked around and half the audience was at various stages of crying.

This is like the next to the last song my Dad played for me..... Tears.... Lost these days.. My Last Trusted Adviser of Men .... For my Family Thanks U as I am a kinder, gentler Man because of you! So got a big 48yr grown ass humbled son smile across my face as I saved this... A clean vision of what should be an "older yet wiser time" ! The playlist u-tube selected from the 987 & 1/2 playlist I have, I'm a music Horder? Unexpectedly { Pops' Trippn' } popped up & that's exactly who I was relishing in at that moment!... I need u Daddy... The Man I sometimes fought to forgive & love, I cherish now.... The Good definitely outweighed the bad! TY

Julia Dixon - Trumps got my vote again in 2020. He’s been the most effective president in my lifetime so far. I honestly don’t understand how someone who considers themself anything but left wing wouldn’t vote for him. He could phrase things better sometimes but I’ll take substance over style . As far as immigration goes we are a sovereign nation that deserves to have our borders respected and we deserve to know who’s coming in and why. That’s not to much to ask. If your a Republican who else would you vote for ?I doubt you would want anyone from the left.

I cried my eyes out over my dog and this song played...a lot...on the radio from Maine to Jersey. You guys play ALL of my soul songs I love you!!!
