I always look forward to your challenges but you havent tried this challenge in a while witch is "order what the last person ordered an also make a complete stranger order anything on the menu for you"

Challenge: Commit to eating the Rocks diet and doing his workout for an entire month. Before and after picture along with the journey.

Please do 100,000 calorie challenge but with your brother over a week 50,000 calories in 7 days should be doable!

Also… Morsia Energy needs to do a hydration drink… in line with paddy’s bodyfuel and that other one done by those pretend boxers… forget what it’s called. But seriously. Lots of people want a stim free pre/intra workout. They’re epic for dieting and intermittent fasting without feeling like your heart is going to explode in your chest.

I had to keep making sure i'd got the right person lol! I saw an interview with 'legend' and I was like 'that dude looks familiar!' as someone who's vids i'd watched from time to time about fitness. When I eventually found his channel I couldn't see any mention about gladiator which again made me think I had the wrong guy haha. But the looking at various comments on his vids assured me I wasn't going mad

The actual sad part in all this is that I've been drinking my coffe Americano (plain,without sugar,just water and coffe)

Videos are all good and class but the throwing toast on the floor when there’s people out there who are dying of hunger ain’t on 🤦🏼‍♂️
