My dad helped make this commercial. Halmark is one of his companies accounts. Gotta say it's preety neat.

I'm looking for a Hallmark commercial that aired during 2009's "A Dog Named Christmas." It talked about the person in a group that holds everyone together. Can't find it anywhere.

Darn... Just when I thought I was watching a clip for a promising Hallmark movie, I realised it was a commercial! For once, I thought, something different, something funny from the masters of blandness, Hallmark TV. Pffttt...

Here's a conundrum: if you leave out the part where he admits that he's not using his own words, the commercial keeps its sense of humor, can be considered edgy and also memorable. But it also acknowledges Hallmark's role as a purveryor of pure insincerity. That would be part of the humor and it would take a company with balls. Predictably, they end it with the same sappy bullshit that made the company infamous, and I'll have forgotten this commercial a week from now.
